Very nicely decorated rooms. Well-equipped kitchen. Lots of cooking equipment (vegetable grater, cutting board, meat mallet, etc.), glasses, mugs. There is a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner. Almost like home. The interior design is very consistent throughout the rooms. The bed is comfortable and the wardrobes are spacious. Food very good. Various breakfasts in the form of a buffet. Dinners at a very high standard. One day Italian cuisine, the next Asian or Polish. Very good food. Very nice service. It's close to the sea, but you have to walk about 10-15 minutes. Close to the market and large stores (Biedronka / Lidl)

Room was fine! Breakfast wasn't nice, the staff was very disorganized, we had the feeling that they didn't care about anything or were overwhelmed.

An absolute disaster. The rooms were really rocked. Breakfast is 15 minutes walk away. Towels were never changed. Not again...

Spacious rooms, nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped.Cleanliness in the rooms 3+.No air conditioning in the rooms.Apartments located in a convenient location. Close to everything. A 10-minute walk to the sea through a beautiful park.As for the food, we encountered a breakdown in the restaurant, so I can't assess its functioning. Breakfast was served in our room. Nicely served. The quality of the products served is a plus.To sum up, the price is adequate to the quality.

A beautiful restaurant, hotel and beautiful apartments 🤩👍. The classic massages were a dream. Would recommend the hotel to everyone 👍top. The price-performance ratio is also great 👍, especially the staff, waiters are polite 👍, keep it up.

So the breakfast is really strong 💪🏼 something for everything and everyone. What I personally missed is lactose-free milk or butter.The elevator is a disaster because you had to walk up and down 5 times before it came. Unfortunately we were on the 5th floor and therefore always very annoyed.Now the room.So they really didn't invent cleaning. The room was so dirty, despite being spoken to again and cleaned again, it was still dirty. Dirt on the floor. All the furniture was dusty and there were blood stains on the pillow. There was also no holder for towels in the bathroom, no cups in the bathroom for toothbrushes and no ashtray on the balcony.We were in an apartment, so there was probably no cleaning in between, which was really necessary. We always had to clean our feet before going to bed because everything was so dirty.The location is great on the one hand directly to the harbor or Lidl and on the other side within a few minutes walk to the sea and the promenade.The staff was very courteous and helpful. You can get by really well with German and English.We rented a bike from the hotel for one day. I wouldn't recommend that. The bikes are 90% defective and the seat is incredibly uncomfortable. Still quite cheap at around €8 a day.We stayed for 3 nights and paid around €80 per night for the two of us. However, I wouldn't go there a second time.

Overall, the place was nice, but what was missing was a change of towels and the apartments were clean, but not very clean. Basic things are missing, such as toilet cubes. There is dust in every nook and cranny. Breakfast is monotonous, the same every day. Balcony full of sand. There's a lot to improve. Cleanliness is the most important thing, what was missing here.

We weren't satisfied. Registration on the day of arrival took three quarters of an hour because nothing was progressing. And that's not an advantage with 2 children and one of them is only 1 year old. When we arrived in the room, the curtains were half torn and there was still cigarette ashes on the floor of the balcony. The bed linen and the sheet had holes in it and the shower in the bathroom was limey and there was a broken hook hanging on the wall where children could easily injure themselves. We were told it was a quiet location. This was not true, there is a main road right next to the hotel that is busy and the harbor is also nearby. We had requested a baby bed, this was not in the room and only when we asked twice was one brought. But this wasn't completely intact either. The food was ok but not much for children. But there were 2 great waiters. Many people don't understand German well and the service first grabbed a piece of melon from the buffet at breakfast. I haven't seen it before either. One day we had a piece of sausage lying on the balcony, there were always matches on the balcony and on the penultimate day a kitchen knife came flying from above onto our balcony. That didn't work at all... All in all, we won't come again.

I hesitated between rating 3/4, but the nice and helpful staff made it 4 with a minus :)Cleanliness of the apartment 3/5, apparently quite clean, but I had to wash the floor immediately after checking in because you don't feel that fresh after entering... there is dust everywhere, I would say the balcony is very dirty. The windows haven't been washed for a hundred years...Breakfast was ok, but it was the same every day, there were some pancakes, pancakes, bacon missing... it was just asking to fry this quite good quality baconFar from the sea, but the advantage is the location next to a beautiful park 😅 overall ok, but it could be better

Tasty and nicely presented dishes. It's worth trying a scoop of ice cream for dessert. It's just a pity that the level of staff is very uneven. The lack of Polish language skills can be forgiven, but the total ignorance of the menu and lack of interest in the customer require a change.

This was our second and definitely last visit to this hotel. Last year our stay was flawless, so we decided to come back here again. Unfortunately, this time we are terribly disappointed.I'll start with the accommodation - dirty rooms in the apartment!Dusty sofas, cobwebs hanging from the ceilings, scratched walls, peeling strips, no ventilation in the bathroom. The induction hob and the hood looked as if they had been washed with a dirty cloth. After 10 p.m., forget about a warm bath!Elevator - it's faster to take the stairs!Breakfast was very monotonous, the same every day. There was no question of pancakes or panecakes. No yogurt for children.The price does not correspond to the hotel standard.Look elsewhere for your dream vacation because it's not worth it here!

Clean rooms, equipment ok.The disadvantage is the lack of air conditioning and the rooms facing the street...The noises are out of this world... (with air conditioning there would be no need to open the windows at night. And unfortunately, the traffic does not slow down at all at night)Tasty breakfast and good hours, service is elegant. Very nice, helpful and friendly.
