As described by many others, the breakfast was great, the staff were all super friendly and hardworking. Room looked newly renovated, pool 30 degrees is also ok. The booking was a bit bumpy.

We really like our stay here at the hotel. All the employees, many of whom are obviously from Poland, are extremely friendly and helpful, even if you notice that not everyone is an expert. We received an upgrade to a junior suite. The room and bathroom are very spacious and equipped. We particularly like the small details, such as portholes as lamps and mirrors. The bathroom looks newly renovated.Carpet and upholstered furniture require basic cleaning. The hotel has some wellness facilities. The bathroom is very small, but it was enough for the two of us alone. Many more than two people could not move freely in the water. There is also a fitness room. We had booked a relaxing bath. The whirlpool was quite loud and it wasn't too comfortable in the tub. You don't necessarily have to have it...The breakfast was good, although not exceptional. Here, too, we noticed the very friendly and hard-working employees. The Oberdeck restaurant is medium priced. Here too we received very friendly and attentive service, even though there was a Teise group in the restaurant. We had a candlelight dinner, which we would classify as partially successful. Our table was nicely set up, but the others, with plastic placemats and fake candles, reminded us more of a diner than a restaurant. Here you might want to consider whether you are saving money in the wrong place. The hotel is located in the middle of town on a busy street a short distance from the beach, 5 minutes by bike.We don't think the parking fee of €12.50 per day is reasonable, especially since security isn't even guaranteed. The barrier was always open.I think we booked a fairly cheap offer (€450 with candlelight dinner and adventure pool), but for the price of €180 just for the room with breakfast in the low season we probably wouldn't come back.

Had breakfast there with my son today. A very rich and completely sufficient buffet. My son liked the pancakes best. 🥞 The staff from reception to kitchen were very nice and accommodating. Can only be recommended. Unfortunately you can only give 5 stars on Google. I give it 10. I would love to come back.Best regardsEnrico

A hotel that lacks nothing, from the friendly welcome to harmoniously furnished rooms to a spacious and diverse spa area. Our stay was rounded off by excellent cuisine with attentive staff. We will come back.
