Great location, nice rooms with new furniture, plenty of different food, nice service, especially Mrs. Kasia, the reception manager and Mrs. Kasia with short hair (both competent, friendly and helpful). Rooms are cleaned regularly. The hotel has a swimming pool, jacuzzi and two saunas. A good treatment base, and ladies Kinga, Iza and Barbara deserve special praise. You can rent a bike. The hotel is not new, but it does its job and the location makes up for everything. There is a nice cafe on the ground floor. I'd love to come back.

I have to say that I arrived with mixed feelings because I read so many negative reviews. This is all nonsense. The employees are all friendly and accommodating and put in a lot of effort. When it comes to breakfast, I have to say that there is everything you could want and there is plenty of refills. Our bathroom and room were a little older, but still sufficient. You shouldn't forget that the prices are affordable and I don't expect 5 stars. There is only whining and complaining here at the highest level, which is a shame. Everyone writes negatively, but not positively, unfortunately.

Hello, I would like to say about the room, the rooms in general are very good, comfortable and beautiful, but at the same time a lot of things are missing, for example: robes with slippers, toothpaste and hygiene products. Initially, the soap and shampoo were disposable, it was expected that the next day the cleaning lady would replenish the soap and shampoo that had already been used the previous day, but this was not done, while nothing was cleaned in the room and even the bed was not made. Only the trash from the common room and bathroom was removed. Regarding the food, the menu leaves much to be desired, we stayed for 3 days and all that time it was almost the same.Another point about the elevator, it was broken too often, I really didn’t like going to the 4th floor all the time.

Enough. For the undemanding. Comparing it to NAT Sarbinowo, there is nothing to compare it to. In Sarbinowo it is incomparably better.

The hotel was like a hotel.. It was clean, so 5 stars. Meals: breakfast and dinner, nothing to complain about. A typical canteen straight from the Polish People's Republic. Dinners could be better. Unfortunately, our reservation was lost somewhere, so it was suggested to move from one room to another. I bind This is due to the fact that between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. we were obliged to store our things in our luggage. During this time, we were not able to use the toilet or take a bath. Additionally, when checking out, we found out that we had to pay for wine that we did not have. we drank because it was not reported in advance that there was one less in the room. How would I have known that there should have been two in stock. We did not hear any apologies regarding the mistake at check-in or regarding the "supposedly" drunk wine.

A 3-star hotel obliges. My observations and comments. When I called at the beginning of the year, I heard in the receiver - mailbox of the person to whom, etc. - It's as if the hotel was ashamed of its name. When reading the general terms and conditions of hotel services, I have the impression that a hotel guest only has obligations towards the hotel and nothing more. In my opinion, there is no reasonable mention of what obligations the hotel has towards the guest. Topic - discount for children or other discounts provided for by NAT and age is considered as the basis for obtaining a discount - but what? With such extensive regulations, this is no information at all. Meals - the so-called buffet table. An antique coffee machine that keeps breaking down. Dinners - 1 soup, 2 meats, groats, pasta and potatoes, sometimes cold. It happened that the fruit was cut into pieces. Swimming pool as in the picture. No comment. Room ladies deserve positive recognition. I gave 2 stars so that the hotel guest could evaluate his stay in this 3-star hotel. There will certainly be no shortage of guests, divided into those who will come only once or more.

The only pluses are the location. The food is very disgusting, the juices mixed with water, the coffee is a joke. The canteen of the Polish People's Republic, the service is a tragedy. Avoid it as much as possible. There are better hotels for this kind of money. This is not a 3-star hotel, just a dingy hostel

It's a shame that reception doesn't have anyone who can speak English, that you can't find a wifi code in the room and that parking is an impossibility..But the rooms and breakfast were fine for the price.

The hotel is located near the coast, which is a big advantage. The room I rented was perfectly clean and spacious. The standard of the place is very high, and the service is extremely professional and helpful. The property offers all-day dining and a swimming pool.

Please read carefully!!!We made a reservation for four nights at this hotel to stay with my wife and baby and arrived at the hotel yesterday. But right from the first day we experienced great disappointments and stress in many respects:1. Parking Problem & No Parking:When we arrived at the hotel, which was difficult to find in itself, it was a nightmare to find the parking lot as there were no signs and we had specifically chosen the hotel because of the parking lot. However, when we arrived we were told that there was no parking space available and that we would have to find a parking space ourselves. This got us into a lot of trouble and caused additional stress.2. Disinterest at the reception:When we arrived at the reception we were not greeted in a friendly or warm manner at all. The receptionists were very disinterested and seemed annoyed by our presence. We believe that guests should always be welcomed in a friendly and courteous manner; This lack of interest has disappointed us greatly.3. Old & Worn Towels and Torn Pillowcases:When we entered our room we wanted to take a shower but noticed that the towels were very old and worn. We later discovered that the pillowcases were torn. This clearly shows how low the hotel's quality and hygiene standards are.4. Hygiene deficiencies:There was a kettle in the room and the possibility of drinking coffee, but the kettle was covered with indefinable dirt. This shows how inadequate the hotel's cleaning standards are.5. Uncomfortable Beds:We had reserved a double bed but discovered that two single beds had been placed next to each other to serve as a double bed. The gap in the middle was very uncomfortable and prevented us from getting a good night's sleep.6. Breakfast Experience:We came for breakfast around 9am, even though breakfast is served until 10am, there were no more boiled eggs. When we asked for boiled eggs our request was not fulfilled. There were peeled boiled eggs, but they were very cold. The fried egg was extremely runny, as if water had been added, and looked very unappetizing. We couldn't tell whether the sausages contained pork, beef or chicken because there was no labeling. People who don't eat pork should take this into account. The honey and jams were also of very poor quality. Overall, the breakfast buffet was very poor quality.For all of these reasons, our stay at the hotel was a huge disappointment and caused significant stress and inconvenience. Unfortunately, we would like to share our sad experience so that others do not experience the same problems.

We are currently on a week's stay with our two children. Great location. Spacious family rooms. Full board - FB. In case of trips, you can receive a very practical lunch box. Parking directly at the center. The service was quite ok. During the stay, there was a slight "grating" of the dinner, but after the intervention of the facility manager, everything was straightened out. I recommend it for a stay with children.
