Unfortunately, I can't understand the good reviews at all and would have liked to have saved the money for my time in this accommodation. I even left early because I didn't feel well (of course, unfortunately I couldn't return the money). Cleanliness and ambience are very important here! Noises from heating, refrigerators and other guests make Oropax necessary for sleeping. You should bring your own towels, as well as kitchen utensils or at least something for cleaning. The only good thing was that we were able to easily move from the completely smoky room to one that smelled acceptable. I thought for a long time whether I should really post this bad review on the Internet, but I apparently got annoyed enough to put my principles aside in this case. The second star is actually only because one of the gentlemen at reception was really friendly and I feel guilty about posting negative comments. If you just need a bed and a toilet, you'll get what you're looking for here. If you need more to feel good, you might be disappointed.

Dark rooms, little light. After arriving, the floor had to be swept right away... it was dirty... In the evening, there was a loud knocking sound, despite calling the reception and reporting the problem, the gentleman did not come and check what was going on. The location is about 20 minutes away from the center and the station. Nearby there is a rewe shop, Deichmann, takko, kebab shop. The hotel should have the name of a motel...

I forgot a bag with contents, wrote to the hotel, or the owner. Yes, then write to them, if anything is left behind, you can pick it up or it will be thrown away. I think Ned is nice. Was there for six weeks. You can call straight away and say, something remainedAnd just throw it away, Ned nice.But now I miss the stuff so much that it costs me money again to buy it. I increased the cost of a new accommodation from 60 to 83 eurosI won't be traveling there anymore

Unusual design, but nice room. Cleanliness OK, small kitchenette. Unfortunately only two seats in the triple room. I can't understand extra costs for parking, there is no shortage of parking spaces. For a weekend trip where you only need a place to sleep, ok.

The accommodation is fine. I've been there a few times now and have never had any complaints.However, from March 11th, 2024 there will be NO free parking spaces. Now 10 euros are due...

This time we were unfortunately a bit disappointed. We are in this accommodation for the second time and were actually thrilled the first time, but this time we suddenly had to pay an additional €10 parking fee, which was not mentioned the first time. That's fine, but then this should perhaps be noted somewhere or the customer should be informed in advance. A time was set for check-in and you were still called to see if it wasn't possible earlier... 1 hour before the reception was supposed to be closed. Then it started at 7 with incredibly loud noise outside, as if someone was constantly pulling an aluminum car over the bulkhead. It was really extremely loud and sleeping in was no longer necessary on Saturday. The rooms were good, there was nothing to complain about, but unfortunately the surrounding area wasn't as we expected this time.

You'd have to beat up the tiler 😅 Otherwise it's enough for one or two nights. Was extremely warm. Room clean. Pillow too small. Gas stations and shops 200 meters.

1) I had to pay 118 instead of the advertised 872) neighbors were making noise until 1AM, nobody intervened3) when I showed the manager all the dirt and spiderwebs I did not get an apology.4) I told her that I feared the dirt was asbestos from the renovation two years ago because the building is from 1990s. The radiator was kept, even though it's rusted (see photo)5) I got back 26 euro6) We drove all the way to Germany to see friends and our mini vacation is ruined. I could not sleep last night, my throat hurts from coughing due to the dust (if it's dust), today I lose a full day of holiday because I m too tired and tonight we have to meet our friends but I don't know if I can stay awake that long.I'm livid!! You should see the check out video.7) beds were not separated enough so I had to try the little bed in the same dusty room.Also, don't call your hotel ' Im Grünen' because most of the place is stone and concrete!!!

Rooms modern but you can forget internet in some rooms. Although there was a large TV but not in the bedroom, I don't know what the others are like but room 106 wasn't good.!

There are enough hotels and apartments available. But you have to be lucky who lives next door or how many.Room with shower, hairdryer and toilet.Plain and simple.Living area with kitchenette and refrigerator.Bedroom 2 beds, dessert and window.TV available but poor quality.No brochure or information in the room. Too badWiFi available here too, you have to be lucky where the network is better received.A complaint was responded to and a new room was received.Nice friendly but you should go ahead because of people who don't follow the rules.Of the 6 nights, 3 of them were bad, no rest and didn't seem like a vacation to us. After changing rooms, the last ones were fine. Still a shame for the price. We'll see if we stop by again. Glad to be going home again.

First of all, the name hotel is completely wrong. In a hotel you have room service and you can book breakfast if you want it. But breakfast couldn't even be booked here and during the 7 nights the trash can wasn't even emptied, towels changed or toilet paper refilled.As I understand it, it is a guesthouse or holiday apartment because there is a kitchenette so you can cater for yourself. Self-catering also requires that the trash can be emptied.Another positive thing to mention is that there are enough parking spaces for vans and there is a REWE less than 5 minutes away.

Unfortunately, the good reviews don't make sense to me. Unfortunately the key code sent was wrong, so make a phone call and wait. One point for the owner being there so quickly and for the parking space in front of the door. Unfortunately, that was the only positive thing, the “rest” was a so-called studio with a bathroom that smelled extremely of nicotine, a blind that couldn't be raised and only let a permanent narrow slit of light into the room, a TV that someone had turned on entirely in Polish and a heater that, regardless of whether it was on or off, knocked so loudly every 10 minutes that it was impossible to sleep. If it hadn't been Christmas and I hadn't had any appointments, I would have driven back home that night. Oh yes, I don't want to forget the "cleanliness" - which consisted of several hairs on the sheets (under the duvet) and various "leftovers" of whatever was in therebathroom and toilet. All this for70€ a night is an absolute disgrace for me.

Staff very friendly on the phone and on site. Price performance ok. Unfortunately no breakfast but the bakery 200 meters away is open at 7am. Rooms are very clean and quiet. Fridge and kettle available. I would love to come back.
