The hotel is located directly on Lake Schwerin. If someone wants absolute peace and quiet, this is the perfect place to switch off from everyday life. It's a family business and you can do without something. …

Staff friendly and accommodating.The hotel is unfortunately no longer up to date for 4 stars and has the beginning of the early nineties.Charm:Turquoise-green-ochre-rose colored curtains with gold curtain rods and cherry wood.Rooms are large, we had a terrace at the back. Very quiet location.Beds with visitor slots.Bathroom ok - older concept here too.Personally, the following annoyed me:Room cleaning only upon request of the guest!Sustainability with all due respect, it doesn't have to be every day, but 4 stars have different expectations for me.Dinner is still only available by order until 4 p.m. I had to know what I wanted to eat from the very clearly laid out menu.We then drove to the Waldsiedlung restaurant:Very tasty and I was even allowed to spontaneously decide what I wanted to eat...Fantastically large property with a great view of the lake.Locked parking costs 8 euros per day.Bicycle garage (still under construction) including lockable battery charging stationAudience over 70+ ... - But it could also have been due to the post-holiday season...Conclusion:Too quiet for us personally, price/performance not appropriate for 4 stars in our opinion.

We were here over New Year's Eve. A great hotel, very friendly staff and great food. We booked the New Year's Eve offer and were pleasantly surprised. The New Year's Eve celebration with DJ was just as positive. We'd love to come back. Since Schwerin and Wismar are very close, there are many excursion destinations.

Nice cozy hotel. Located directly on Lake Schwerin and the beach is just a stone's throw away. The staff is very friendly. There was nothing to complain about at breakfast, nor was there anything to complain about at dinner, which you can put together in the morning for the evening from the menu.

We were almost put off by the bad reviews, but in retrospect we couldn't understand them at all. The location is great, you can look out over the lake at breakfast, the breakfast selection was good, the staff was very friendly, the room was clean - we had no reason to complain.

For the price we would have expected better and newer equipment. It would be nice to have air conditioning ("doesn't work"), a refrigerator in the room, more than one window to open, fly screens, a closable drain in the sink or shower, opportunities for children to play in the garden...

Unfortunately I can't help. Rooms were clean and somewhat OK. Just getting on in years. But the breakfast cannot be described as very good. Because you have to offer fresh bakery rolls and not discount goods. Even when it comes to cold cuts, whether cheese or sausage, everything comes from the package. I can echo all of the negative reviews. There's a lot that has to happen that I'll check in here again.

A small, fine hotel on Lake Schwerin, clean and tidy, if you're looking for peace and quiet, you've come to the right place, you can't get more peace and quiet.Nice and attentive staff.The breakfast was small but tasty and still constantly changing, there was something for everyone.The rooms are cleaned every day.

I have rarely experienced something so unfair. Full cancellation fees, even though the staff canceled us without mentioning any costs involved.I wish the staff and the boss a little more sense and humanity!

Price range in the higher segment and actually a bit on the high side.It is remarkable that you have to pay euro 7.00 per day to park your car on your own property. A parking alternative is not available.Towels and bed linen were changed every 4th day. If you needed a clean towel in between, it cost extra, e.g. a towel 2 euros. Not suitable for a hotel that calls itself ****.The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was clean and tidy.Breakfast was excellent. Although without crackers or anything like that.Evening meals fine.
