Very nice little guesthouse, completely sufficient and we had a nice view over the roofs of Warnemünde.The smell took some getting used to due to the restaurant on the ground floor and I would have been happy with a kettle, but all good things never come together.We thought it was nice.

We had the room downstairs. Out to the pedestrian zone. The problem was that you couldn't leave the window open in the evening and at night. The cobblestones made it very loud, with pedestrians, cars and suitcases dragging behind them. In addition, the mattresses were too soft or saggy.Otherwise the location is really great, you could have breakfast, cakes and tarts right across the street. Everything else was within walking distance. Really great

The service was great!We were able to check in early without any problems. Fast and convenient processing. The apartments are about 300m from the hotel. Unfortunately, you are not allowed to approach them by car as they are in a pedestrian zone.Little note:If you enter the address, you can park briefly in a loading and unloading zone on the next side street (approx. 50m from the apartment). You can then park your car at reduced rates in the spa car park (approx. 750m away - ask the hotel about the conditions).The apartment was ok. Clean, well-kept, almost everything available. Personally, I think a small refrigerator was missing.The location is great!Opposite in the Ringelnatz you can have a wonderful breakfast. In the pedestrian zone there are, among other things, small shops and a small “brewery”. They make really good beer. The stream is parallel to the pedestrian zone. Many shops and restaurants can be reached in about 2 minutes. It's not far to the beach either.In short, good hotel in a central location. 👍🏻

5 stars/locationThe Strom Inn guesthouse is located directly on the second row of the river. This location is perfect because you are centrally located and still have a quiet room.5-star/service and check-inDue to the central location, there are no parking spaces nearby. Check-in takes place at the “Hotel am Leuchtturm”, approx. 100m away. Recommendation: First drive to the hotel at the lighthouse, then go to the guesthouse and unload your luggage and then leave the car in the parking garage.The reception is staffed 24 hours a day and you will always find a friendly contact person here.5-star/facilitiesMy room was cozy and functionally furnished. I particularly liked the bathroom with a large, walk-in shower.

Inflexible and unaccommodating hotel. Due to a hurricane it was not possible to travel to Warnemünde. There were travel warnings and canceled trains for all of Northern Germany. Trees have been uprooted and people have been killed due to the storm. Unfortunately, we were unable to go on our booked trip.We were unable to rebook or receive a voucher at the StromInn. Instead we had to pay 80% of the price because "we could have arrived somehow".A situation like this could be solved in an accommodating manner, like with friends who were staying in other hotels on the same weekend. In all three cases, the staff in their accommodations were helpful and they were able to rebook everyone (!!) without any problems.I have never experienced less service-oriented service than at StromInn. "We want to be fair to all guests," said the hotel - no, you just want to pocket money for doing nothing! Of course no one can do anything about the storm, with goodwill and friendliness we could have gotten together well. VERY unfortunate, we will travel to Warnemünde again, certainly not to this hotel.

Rooms great and reception great. Great and central location. Points deducted for the noise in the ground floor/basement rooms. You could guess, but I didn't expect it to be so loud. The price was rather high for that.

The rooms themselves are really very nice and modern. The fact that the room faced the street didn't bother us either. The duvets were reupholstered upon request due to an existing allergy.The room/bathroom was not clean upon arrival. The bathroom was full of hair. When we made the complaint at the Hotel am Leuchtturm, we were assured that the bathroom would be cleaned again. The evening we went back to the guesthouse, some of the hair was gone but the obvious areas were still dirty! In addition, the freshly made bed was also dirty!We then went to the hotel...

Room wasn't ready at 3pm! Refrigerator was replaced.Bathroom was not clean when we moved in.For the price there are also double rooms with breakfast in Warnemünde.Room quite small.Beds are very soft.Courtyard below adjoins the restaurant at the back. No peace before 11 p.m. at night.
