The house and its entire staff always strive to provide the guests with the best possible care. It likes to face the daily challenges, which is also confirmed by the booking figures. We were guests in this house for the fourth time and were once again very satisfied. We can recommend the house in every respect.Say thank you very muchG&G LudwigOctober 2024

the bathroom and sauna area are great. The breakfast buffet was good for the size of the hotel. the room service leaves a lot to be desired. No room service at all on the first day, just quick, quick on the second day. The loft bed, for example, wasn't even made up in three days. Torn bed linen put on, but not changed despite "complaint" at reception.

I was only in the swimming pools and the sauna areas. Both were fine, although the seawater pool was very nice.

BalticThe Baltic Sport- und Ferienhotel Zinnowitz is perfectly located in the first beach location and the offer advertised on the website also convinced us to book this hotel.Unfortunately, in addition to this great location, there were also a lot of criticisms.Point 1: Determined reception staffWhen we arrived we knew about the expensive parking fees, but we thought we could find something cheaper. The staff at the reception made it absolutely clear that they would neither advise us on this nor that we could use less parking time than the entire time. In short, either the entire stay or nothing.Point 2: DinnerAn Italian buffet was advertised, which turned out to be a cost-saving option in the smaller restaurant. The buffet consisted of 2 dishes. If both weren't your thing, you could still enjoy bread and a small selection of salads.Dinner in the main restaurant was available for an additional charge of 20 euros per person. The selection is larger here, but the salad buffet in particular was manageable and the dressing came from a bag.Point 3: BreakfastThe breakfast was OK, if you don't mind standard baked rolls and waffles from Aldi.Point 4: BernsteinthermeThis is a great thermal spa and the sauna area is also beautiful. The problem here is that necessary positions are not filled. The bistro and the café in the thermal baths were closed. This is particularly annoying if you buy a day ticket as a non-hotel resident and then find out that there is no food. A bathing day becomes difficult. As I said, the sauna area is great, but here too there is no one to organize the infusion. That's really a shame. In summary, the hotel suffers from a lack of staff. That's a shame and therefore not recommended.

We waited about 6 minutes until we were forced to attend by an employee who we probably disturbed while waiting. The sauna area consists of 2 separate areas that can only be reached via a long corridor, hallways and stairwells. Water is available for guests in one of the areas, but cannot be found in the other area. When asked, it was stated that it was not desirable to offer water there. The staff, if you have found any, can be described as uninterested at best. The saunas are fine, the pool too.The low score is due to the long distances and the employees as well as the lack of service.

This review is exclusively about the Bernstein thermal baths that belong to the hotel. Visit in October 2024. Paid parking space in front of the thermal baths (€2 per hour). …
