We stayed here for one night.I can't really understand the bad reviews about the parking situation.The resort has its own large parking lot, which is also the reception area.We were warmly welcomed and even received 70 cents to unload our luggage in the paid parking lot (located about 50 meters from the building).Since we only had one bag with us, the money ended up in the tip box.The free main parking lot is about 300 meters from the building.The rooms are modernly furnished.The breakfast was really very good, the selection and quality was simply top.We would definitely come again.

We (2 people & 1 dog) stayed there for 2 nights and were given a great welcome. The dog got a bowl and a blanket in the room and we were able to get into the room earlier than actually stated. A few stains on the wall and maybe a small insect but that didn't bother us so much. The room could have used air conditioning as the sun shines directly in there. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The service was very friendly. The location was also great. We recommend the hotel :)

The location is wonderful and the service is excellent. However, the beach section is a bit small. If the fire doors to the stairwell were now equipped with proper door closers for the stairwell, you could sleep here in peace at night. Unfortunately, one was dependent on more or less disciplined guests.

I have rarely been to such a beautiful hotel. Everything is just perfect. The location right by the sea and the marina is unsurpassedly beautiful. The rooms are very cozy and decorated in warm tones. Very comfortable bed, large glass shower, beautiful pictures on the walls. The entire hotel is so beautifully decorated - with great attention to detail. Everything is very clean. The breakfast in the café is rich and very tasty. Fresh rolls, coffee specialties, sausage, cheese, salads, honeycomb, granola, fresh juices, eggs, scrambled eggs, meatballs...after breakfast, coffee and cake, fish sandwiches, other snacks and many cold and warm drinks are served in the bistro . There is also a nice pizzaria. There are lots of nice places to sit and relax everywhere around the hotel, as well as a sauna and fitness room (approx. 300 m away). The entire staff is very, very nice and accommodating. We felt very welcome and will definitely come back! Thank you for everything.

We were there from Saturday to Thursday. The fact that the reception is a few meters away is not a bad thing at all. Since I have an operated leg, we were allowed to park in the parking lot directly at the hotel from Saturday to Sunday. Then it was further rebuilt. That made it easier for us to bring the things into the room. The people at reception were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Checking in and checking out was great and uncomplicated. The room was really nice, but the bed linen, curtains and windows weren't the cleanest. Maybe you should take a look again. We had the sea view room and it was fantastic. Shops were about 15 minutes away by car. There was also a fitness room in the apartments for us.Air conditioning was also on site, which really saved us on the hot days. Every morning the room was spruced up and the beds were made, the ladies and gentlemen were super nice. Breakfast was quite good, enough choice and something for everyone. The staff there fulfilled all wishes and always asked questions about coffee, etc.I can only recommend the pizzeria, it was really tastyThe doors were a bit noisy, but if you pay attention to each other, you can close them quietly and not let them close so loudly, especially if you come into the room lateAll in all the hotel was worth a short break. We had a great time there and were treated very well. Above all, the location right by the sea was very nice for someone who loves the sea. I would definitely come back again and again just to unwind there.

The Holtel is right by the sea, it's very quiet here, just a dream 🙂 the rooms are clean and modernly furnished, there are a few small scratches and stains on the wall, but they didn't bother me at all. It's about 20 minutes by car to Wismar👍🏻The breakfast is rich, you have everything your heart desires 😋If you want something to eat for lunch or dinner, there is an Italian restaurant right in the hotel, the pizzas were very tasty🙂I didn't think it was a big deal that the reception wasn't in the hotel.

A small hotel that is beautifully located right on the water with its own small beach and Italian restaurant including a terrace.We were looking for a room for 1 night including a dog on a well-known platform, found it surprisingly cheap and booked it through it. As always, we have informed the hotel using the message to accommodation function that we are looking forward to staying with you and that we are traveling with our dog. This was not known when we checked, which is why there was no room with a dog. There was no friendliness and solution orientation, a refund was refused. Unfortunately for us, we had to look for a new hotel and are stuck with our own money. The accommodation is not ready for anything, so we cannot recommend it and would steer clear of it in the future.

Attention: Parking space rip-off at the pier, even as a house guest. Unlit signs that are supposed to amount to exactly this rip-off. You simply have to avoid any company that hires such companies.Whatever more and more people do, classic own goal.Once and never again!!!

We were able to spend a wonderful weekend in the hotel for the second time. We really liked it, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was varied and very tasty. The staff was very courteous and tried hard. We'll definitely come back.
