For me, Villa Schwanebeck is a real place to relax, very close to the water, very close to everything Binz has to offer. I like going to the Franke family and feel very much in good hands there.

My husband and I didn't miss anything during our 4-day stay in autumn: Beautiful small, family-run hotel, very close to the beach, incredibly warm-hearted hosts, a wonderful breakfast, very nice room, great wellness area with sauna and great service. We are simply impressed!

We spontaneously became aware of the hotel.A really, very friendly and warm welcome, and our dogs immediately felt at home, so we decided to extend one night.The location to the Baltic Sea can be reached within a few minutes as well as the beach promenade.We will definitely come back and definitely recommend the hotel

Place to be in Binz! I love the details in the design of the hotel. Breakfast is a highlight every day. The proximity to the beach and the pier is unbeatable. Super friendly staff. You can only feel comfortable in Villa Schwanebeck.

We stayed at Villa Schwanebeck for 2 nights for the weekend. We booked a suite for a good price. The reception was very friendly, everything was explained to us, and the tour of the spa was also included. The suite consists of a living room with a balcony and a very spacious bedroom. The beds are very large, the mattresses are quite firm. This is of course a matter of taste. I find mattresses that can be turned around with different hardness levels to be quite comfortable. The bathroom is very functional but also very small. But quite acceptable. The painted ceiling tiles are interesting. The breakfast is very good and nothing is left to be desired. From partly homemade salads to salmon and sparkling wine, fresh fruit, Darbo jams and warm components, everything is there. High-quality juices are also available. I was missing the tomato juice. The scrambled eggs were prepared and are very dry and cold. But you can order eggs as a carte at any time.The on-site parking is very pleasant, but costs 15 euros per night.The afternoon coffee selection is very pleasant.In the evening you should make a reservation in the “small but nice” restaurant. The food is very good, the prices correspond to the quality.We were very pleasantly surprised and would love to come back.Thank you for the friendly and pleasant service.

We were in Binz again after 15 years and were very satisfied with the Hotel Schwanebeck. From booking to check-in and any problems, we dealt with them promptly.The location is advantageous and quiet.The breakfast is lovingly and variedly prepared. A big thank you to the two good spirits.A small suggestion for improvement... a turntable for the juices makes it easier.Room cleaning was absolutely correct and friendly.What we didn't like was the parking situation on site.Otherwise the hotel is fully recommended.

The hotel is an extraordinary gem in the center of Binz, just a few steps from the beach. Interior design is appealing, 100% feel-good atmosphere in the lovingly and thoughtfully furnished rooms. Every detail is thought of here, even Rituals products in the bathroom :) The breakfast buffet is a highlight, as is the wellness area, which can be used flexibly and independently of times. The hotel staff is also sensational, always friendly and helpful. Addictive factor, we'll be back!

A very nice small family run hotel. The location was very quiet despite the proximity to the Kurhaus, main street and pier. Our room (small suite with balcony) was also very quiet, clean and, despite the view of the courtyard, later became an advantage! With 6 days of sunshine, the sun was wonderful in the morning and in the evening you could enjoy the balcony in the shade...The breakfast offering was also excellent and if something was missing it was filled up immediately! Really a nice house, which is only about 140m from the beach.Absolutely recommended!!

At the end of July I spent 5 nights in the Villa Schwanebeck, which was run with a lot of passion, attentiveness and family, and I was so thrilled in every respect from the welcome to the departure that I would have liked to extend it, which unfortunately didn't work because of the holiday season. I had a quiet, tastefully modernized and, in my opinion, magical room with a small terrace to the side. In the bathroom I was really pleased with the great walk-in rain shower and the quality of the products (soap, shower gel and lotion) that are made available to the guest. The hotel is quietly located in the art mile, close to the beach promenade and the pier can also be reached in a few minutes. You feel very welcome in the villa and (in a natural way)cared for carefully. At the wonderful breakfast there is extremely hard-working and friendly service. The restaurant area of the villa is also very tastefully decorated, modern, rustic and bright. The diverse selection, quality and presentation of the buffet left nothing to be desired. If you wanted, you could also have breakfast outside, if necessary, sitting in a beach chair. It was my first time there and I would love to come back.
