Great place to stay, room very comfortable and clean, only the door to the room is a bit difficult to lock, you would have to do something about it, otherwise everything is fine😊

Hotel without reception. Key via key safe. Code comes via email. Parking spaces are behind the house. Rooms are very simply furnished. The closet in the room rattles due to the strongly vibrating floor. The curtains are only half enough. The shower shows severe discoloration.Price performance is not right.€260 per night for three people, without breakfast.

If you only want to spend one night there to bridge the gap, the accommodation is completely sufficient. If you want to stay in Rostock for several days, I would advise against this hotel.I only spent one night there, but I still have some criticisms. My room was in the basement, which isn't a big deal. Unfortunately, the light hardly worked down there. Only one of the fluorescent tubes worked, which meant the back of the hallway was so dark that you had to use a flashlight to find your door lock. When I entered the room I was immediately struck by a disgusting smell that seemed to come from the toilet. It was only bearable thanks to deodorant that had been used for a different purpose.Otherwise the room was fine and clean. The mini kitchen that many people write about here didn't even exist in my room. Just the cutlery and dishes.WiFi was offered. Unfortunately, this did not extend into the basement at all, so it was impossible to use it.The hotel is almost impossible to reach by phone, so if problems arise you have to accept the risk of being left alone. All in all, you can spend a night there, but in my opinion this hotel is definitely not suitable for several nights.

Overall the hotel is completely ok.- *The rooms* are clean and tidy. The equipment is practical (large bed, closet, desk with chair, TV).- *Facilities and comfort* It is clean and ok. 3 towels for all arriving guests. What could be more are chairs or storage space for clothes (a chair for 3 people is a little thin). The beds are comfortable and not too soft.- *Access* is handled via codes, so we were able to arrive at night without any problems.- The *kitchenette* is very, very small, not suitable for a family.- What bothered us personally were two things: Firstly, there was apparently smoking in the bathroom in the non-smoking room (this should be strictly prohibited by the operator) and secondly, the curtain over one window is way too small (see also ours Photos))- Very close to the *Rostock main station*, therefore perfect for train travelers, but if the background noise bothers you, you should consider staying here. It didn't bother us!- *The cost* for one night, booked at very short notice - in the middle of summer, absolutely acceptable.- *The breakfast* for 13 euros per person was not acceptable for us (especially if you are traveling with children), so no special rating is possible here.- Close to the *center* of Rostock, but Warnemünde is 25 minutes away by car via expressway 103*Conclusion* - A bit old and not of the latest standard, but still completely sufficient if you just want to sleep here for one or two nights.Recommendation from us. :)
