This room is in the guest house belonging to this hotel. The house is located near the hotel but there is no such information on the website. We arrived in the evening after a rather exhausting drive and found that no one was waiting for us there, the guest house being closed. The hotel staff was very nice and helped us check in right away. The room is very big, the cleanliness was ok, even the bathroom was ok considering that we only stayed one night. Only one thing was disturbing, the room is strongly impregnated with a musty smell that emanates from everywhere: the mattresses, bed linen, carpet, furniture. I think that someone suffering from respiratory ailments would not have a very pleasant stay.

Nice view of the garden and very good location. Checkin and checkout was easy.The room was spacious and clean, but there was some mold on the window and the beds are not particularly comfortable and very inconvenient with the unbounded, constantly shifting mattresses and the central lamp that makes you hit your head. It is not possible to sit up comfortably; additional pillows would help.The Smart TV cannot be connected to Netflix, Prime or YouTube and was therefore useless for us.Quite noisy.

We stayed in the guest house, it was fine for one night, unfortunately the wallpaper was loose, the old shower tray, holes in the bedsheet. The price for it was ok 👌

Check-in and check-out were absolutely unproblematic. The friendly welcome with some excursion tips was immediately positive. Likewise, the daily greeting for breakfast, which offered a lot to choose from. You could also order cappuccino or other wishes separately and have them brought to your table.The doors in the house slammed very loudly on their own, which was apparently heard throughout the house and caused the bathroom door to vibrate. Since many guests returned late in the evening, it often didn't get quiet until after 11 p.m. At breakfast, the used dishes were cleared away before you had finished eating - if you were at the buffet you suddenly came back to a table without a coffee cup or cutlery. There were also few bike racks, which is particularly disadvantageous for rental bikes that are used for several days.

The guest house of the Hotel Kaiserhof is just a 5-minute walk down a side street. Our room was on the ground floor and was pleasantly large. The bathroom was also big enough. The only thing that's a bit annoying are the built-in door closers. If you let it close it can get loud... otherwise completely fine. The breakfast in the hotel is appealing and varied. The location is great. After a 10 minute walk you are in the old town...

We have often spent our Lübeck vacation here.It is a nice guest house of the Hotel Kaiserhof.The rooms are pleasant and very clean.You have peace and quiet and (very important in Lübeck) usually a parking space in front of the door.The bathrooms are a bit 'rustic' but also very clean.We're happy to walk a few meters to the main building for breakfast in exchange for the cheaper price.

This is not the actual hotel, as can be seen from the pictures and descriptions, but just the guest house. This is quite old and not exactly modernly decorated. Starting with the bathroom, which looks older than my 80-year-old grandmother's old bathroom, to the old beds and even the duvets, which were at their best over 30 years ago. The house is also extremely noisy. When a car door slams outside, the whole room shakes. You can also hear your neighbors, especially when the room doors slam shut.At the breakfast buffet, any corona hygiene measures were ignored. There are signs to wear a mask and keep your distance, but no one follows them. Especially not the staff. Very frightening if you can still hear DEHOGA's whining from a few months ago.The staff is also pretty grumpy and more than listless. They don't want to have anything to do with the hotel operation (key return). Then you only get pat answers.The buffet itself is ok. But for 10 euros it's a bit unloving and unimaginative. If you want more than one filter coffee, you have to pay extra.

The guest house, which cannot be seen on the website and is located on the side street, is a disgrace. Dirty furniture. Visitor crack in the double bed and the shower and bathroom unfortunately not very nice either. I feel ripped off.
