I stayed at the hotel for one night. Was received very friendly by the reception. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff was nice and friendly.

If you look at the website, you might think that this is a very modern hotel - unfortunately this is not the case. The gym with modern equipment is not available. The 55" inch television is also not available in the rooms. In addition, the breakfast is very expensive at €19. There were two coaches with senior citizens and a relaxed breakfast was not possible. The fully automatic coffee machine was either occupied by a long queue , or there were no more cups and the selection of food did not correspond to the price. The hotel is outside as there was no restaurant, the closest one was 1.7 km away.

Deductions for location only. My room was quite new. Luckily we were able to check in early that day. We couldn't take advantage of the offer to use the sauna this time. Breakfast was rich.

The hotel is long past its best days. The rooms are shabby, but passable. What is not possible, however, is that cleaning the rooms, even for longer stays, is only available as an opt-in solution and you are not informed about this at check-in. In addition, the hotel staff gives room keys to guests without prior verification. So you shouldn't be surprised if another guest suddenly appears in the room at 10 p.m.

Good overnight hotel with extensive breakfast. The rooms are very clean. Only the bedside lamps don't work. Too bad.

The hotel is located a little outside but easy to reach. Very old carpeting, the whole building smells like an "old house". There were dark stains (mold?) in the shower and the tap water was undrinkable. The included minibar doesn't help either. But I slept well in the bed.

The hotel had seen better days. We were there with a bus company for 4 nights. It had somewhat worn furniture. The breakfast was good and plentiful. If we come to Greifswald again to have a vacation there, we will definitely not stay in this hotel.

Very nice staff. Rooms are fine. The beds are very hard and the showers could use an upgrade. Lots of limescale deposits and damage.Breakfast price a bit overpriced, so you'd better go over to Mc... but all in all it was okay for one night.

An absolute disaster and not even worth 10 euros. Dirty rooms with stains everywhere, broken furnishings, moldy bathroom, garbage on the floor when checking in, poor soundproofing, and uninterested employees. Changed rooms where there was at least no mold in the bathroom, otherwise not much better.I requested room cleaning three days in a row because room cleaning only takes place upon request, towels were changed twice and that was it. After three attempts to get my room vacuumed, bathroom cleaned and trash can emptied, I gave up. There hasn't been any cleaning here for months and the windows haven't been cleaned for years, you can hardly see through them.Conclusion It couldn't be worse.

The hotel is located a bit out of the way in the industrial area of Greifswald. It's easy to reach and there are plenty of free parking spaces in the area. The first impression is ok and you receive a friendly welcome.Everything seems clean but the age is showing, but completely ok for a few nights. Rooms are spacious, suitably equipped, minibar stocked and included in the price, wifi is ok, bed is ok, bathroom is also large and clean but unfortunately with signs of wear and tear. A check would be recommended. Breakfast is available from 7 a.m., everything is included and we refill it quickly. It can be crowded when there are coaches there. It would be nice if you could sit separately as a single guest. Conclusion: Hotel is recommended for a few nights or business trips, for a vacation a little off the beaten track.

Arrived by bike. Stayed for two nights. It would have been desirable to be able to have breakfast on the terrace (it was 29 °C). But it was NOT allowed. A pity !!!
