We were here for 10 days. What can you say? The apartments are a dream. Modernly furnished, everything is there, a small starter set (dishwasher taps, cloth, sponge, coffee filter) is available, so what you need for your stay you have to get yourself, just like in a holiday apartment. The underground car park is a bit tight, but you can manage that. There are enough bicycle storage rooms, we always found space. We were there in September, it was fully booked and yet we always had a parking space and space for the bicycles. The wellness area is nice and offers an alternative if it rains. It's not very big and for me personally the water in the pool was too cold, but still completely sufficient. We informed ourselves very well beforehand, so it was clear to us that renting a bathrobe and towel costs a fee, which is the case in large thermal spas, so there's no reason to get upset. We use the bread roll service a few times, but then we bought our breakfast items ourselves. Anyone who complains that the rolls or the boxes are too expensive should remember that everything is prepared for you here, this service has to be paid for, so we thought the prices were okay and decided to buy our own things. All in all, it was a great stay, in a great facility that gives you complete freedom. The staff is very friendly and anything but arrogant. We'll be back.

We had an apartment with a view of the lake. The underground car park is well arranged and well thought out with the elevator. The prices are normal.

Pro: Great view! Beautiful rooms! Small pool and sauna. Bathing beach directly at the hotel.Con: Inadequate kitchen equipment.EVERYTHING costs extra, even towels for the spa. Spa and restaurant far too small for the number of possible guests. Parking costs €10, but barriers are partially up so that anyone can drive in. Price/performance not worth more than 3 stars.

The resort has great apartments, equipped with everything you need. You can cater for yourself or have breakfast. There is a heated outdoor pool and 2 saunas and is right on the Müritz, with a swimming area. Great hiking opportunities.

Very nice holiday in September, we would love to come back, very friendly staff, room with a view of the Müritz just perfect. We were with our Spanish water dog, she felt super comfortable. The dog could also go everywhere with us. If there were any questions or a problem, we were helped immediately, thank you very much.

We, three friends, wanted to enjoy a relaxing wellness weekend. We had booked a whole package so we shouldn't have to worry about it - we thought.The journey was good. The check-in was very friendly. Our apartment is very nice, modern, stylish and clean. The location right on the lake with sunset, beach and greenery was fantastic.The wellness area was also very modern and well-kept, but very small for the number of guests. The inside of the swimming pool only consisted of the steps that led into the pool, otherwise it was an outdoor pool that was unfortunately much too cold for the outside temperature (as was the entire wellness area). There were also two very small saunas - not much to spend several hours there. What wasn't so great was that there were fees for slippers and bathrobes, which is a shame if you book wellness as part of a package.The package also included a lunch box for the bike rides (we were able to rent the bikes from Harry Hurtig, whose team was very accommodating), which we wanted to do on the second day. When we wanted to get the lunch box after breakfast, we were told that we would have had to hand in the voucher during breakfast so that we could put together our own lunch box from breakfast - in itself a great idea if you were told that beforehand would, because on the third day we all left again and - mind you a packing - rather impractical for three friends who are all driving home in different directions. When we pointed this out, we were simply told that we should have been told this at check-in - yes, that really would have been better. Not a bad thing in itself... But we also booked dinner as part of the package. At check-in we were told that this cannot be redeemed on Saturday but there is a BBQ buffet. We decided without further ado. A table was reserved for the desired time, everything was great - but... when we were brought to the table on Saturday and wanted to redeem the voucher, we were told that it was not valid for the BBQ buffet and that we would have to pay a surcharge per person and we should have been told this at check-in.Don't get me wrong - the food was really delicious and the waitresses were very nice and considerate - but such important information should be provided at check-in, because then we would have simply chosen the evening on Friday. Unfortunately, there were only annoyed looks for our situation, as it seemed to be known that not all the information was given at the reception - a shame.The hotel is really very nice, the landscape is really fantastic, but there was always an unpleasant aftertaste that didn't give us the relaxing effect we wanted.
