The rooms were very spacious, very large and comfortable bed and a good shower.it was in a great spot in very easy walking distance to the beach through the back of the hotel, which led to a path along the shore to restaurants and the main market and shopping mall area.Chippy the staff member near the pool bar was absolutely sensational- remembered our names and was very attentive. Played table tennis with my partner who loved it.We had a hike up a mountain for sunrise which included a 2am pickup. The hotel arranged for a breakfast package for us to collect prior to our walk with pastries, fresh cut fruit and some boiled eggs as well as bottled water. It was great service. We had to check out by 12pm, but our flight was not until 8pm and the staff were happy for us to stay by the pool for that time.

We had booked three nights. Unfortunately we checked in and checked out again after 2 hours. The rooms on the lower floor are very musty and the bathroom is unfortunately very mouldy, so that you can hardly breathe in the rooms. We looked for another room in the same hotel. Unfortunately, this was also the case with the other room. The lady at reception was very helpful, friendly and courteous and helped us to find something else.We would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The best thing about this hotel is the location, great location and noise around is non-existent in the rooms, these are spacious and nice, air conditioning needs to be cleaned urgently because the smell that comes from it is frankly not normal, the swimming pool is excellent, not too busy and the massages are cheap but not too professional either. Good address!

Hotel and room are old.(-) breakfast package is small and average(-)the water boiler in the room is too short to connect, need to put on the ground and it took forever to boil water

This Resort style hotel is only a walk across the road from UBUD monkey forest entrance. This hotel has a beautiful swimming pool that is so welcoming after a walk in the forest The hotel staff are also very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The food at the hotel is also delicious and affordable I will definitely be back here 😃

Polite and service minded staff. The room was pretty big, but the bed was very hard as well as the pillow. I hade to change to some decor pillows because the ones we got was so hard. The pool area was beautiful with plants all around. The water in the pool and in the shower was pretty cold but you got used to it after a while. The location was perfect with both a store and the monkey forest close by. One evening we asked the reception to book a taxi but the employee forgot to book it so we were late to an appointment. No biggie but I would double check if I was you. We didn’t eat any food here but the welcome drink was good.
