Great rooms, very clean and the staff are very nice. The surroundings are breathtaking, the nature is almost untouched and the air is the best in Deurschland. A very nice place to spend a short vacation, especially if you suffer from asthma it's a paradise here, I can really breathe deeply here.

How can you be so unfriendly? You should teach your "caretakers" (or what was supposed to represent the nice lady who attacked me outside like a vicious mutt for no reason) a few tricks. Not a good figurehead for your store.

We have never experienced so much dirt and grime. Not only that the rooms were described differently than they were live. We have never experienced such an unfriendly, overwhelmed, money-hungry innkeeper. Corona is definitely pushing some hosts to their limits, but this “pirate nest” as it describes itself needs to be shut down. If you book here, be sure to pack cleaning supplies with you.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this house. We had booked an overnight stay for three days at short notice. Our room was called "Caribbean". It's super small. Overpriced at 80 euros per night. Unfortunately, the room selection on Rügen was very limited thanks to Corona. So we had to accept this offer.The question about breakfast was answered in the negative. We then went shopping to make our own breakfast. The breakfast room was locked. The question about use was answered in the negative. This is not normal, even in times of Corona you have the right to have breakfast. In the room there is a kettle, microwave and mini fridge as well as two glasses.No cutlery, plates, cups, etc. Upon request, the landlady brought dishes to our room. The next problem was the table, which we didn't have.The request for a table was also answered in the negative. Reason: The room is too small. I think that the lady of the house didn't want to put a table in our room.Should we eat off the floor?So we converted a bedside table into a dining table.The TV didn't work either. When asked, the answer was annoyed. "I'll take care of it."Afterwards we could watch TV.Our conclusion:NEVER GOOD GRABITZ AGAIN!!!The word “service” is a foreign word.
