Very great apartment. Everything well equipped. Great view of the market square. It was very quiet at night. Staff was very nice. Price was good too. I would go there again and again.

We were actually looking forward to our stay. However, when we entered the room, it immediately smelled of cigarettes and there was an empty RedBull can with ash residue on the window sill. How superficially was the cleaning done? When we complained about the smoking room, we were first offered a room spray. Only after negotiating again did we get another room. This was better, but still generally not outstanding.

The location is really great. You live right in the center and can easily reach everything in Stralsund on foot. You also have a fantastic view of the Old Market.Disliked · Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed during the six days of stay. There were also no cleaning supplies, so we couldn't clean ourselves. The kitchen equipment could have been more extensive (salad cutlery, coffee filters, larger work surface, the freezer compartment didn't work, contrary to what was described, there was no oven or microwave, there was no washing up brush and there was only a cloth and a tea towel and no soup plates (= deep plates) that wasn't enough for the price.

This Hotel is Something! Once upon a time, when the war began in Ukraine, we came here with children, a dog and a cat, two families, they settled us in their hotel, gave us separate apartments, and we lived there for probably two months, if not more! This Deserves Very Much Respect! Thank you very much to these people for such hospitality!!!! Low Bow to its Masters!!!

Good location and a public parking garage is not far away. Unfortunately the hotel is not well maintained, it is very noisy, not really clean, it is partly shabby and there is mold in the bathroom. The mattresses are sagging and the fact that you have to separate your garbage yourself and dispose of it on the ground floor is a joke for a hotel (100€/night without breakfast)! Otherwise there is a €50 fine!! The house would be ideal for a youth hostel. We are glad we were only there for 1 night. Conclusion: Price-performance ratio is not right here at all! Once and never again! Not recommended!

This house does not deserve the name hotel.The “apartment” we lived in had more of the charm of a shabby construction worker’s accommodation and made our stay considerably worse.Unfortunately, a contact person who addressed the grievances was not on site.If you want to enjoy the city, you should give this accommodation a wide berth.Even if the situation may seem tempting at first!

Great location - but no privacy!Location: amazing location with beautiful views over the market. But you’re not allowed to drive to the hotel and there is also no parking available at the accomodation nor anywhere close by.Check-In: You will need to go to a seperate location to check in. Just keep that in mind. You will need to carry your luggage back and forth and for me it was exhausting.Service: The service was alright - the man who checked me in was very nice but when I came back to ask for towels, the woman behind the counter was very rude. Also I had to ask a second time for my invoice and again the woman (Anne Kristin?) was even on telephone not nice.I did not like that there were NO towels and also you will be fined if you use the rubbish and don’t bring the rubbish from your room downstairs to the bins. I think that’s kinda ridiculous.Accessibility: not accessible. The stairs are very steep so keep that in mind.Room: Generally speaking it has everything you need. I saw pictures of full apartments, mine was not like those at all. It was literally a tiny room with a fridge and one stove top - and nice views.Privacy: This one is a BIG BIG NEGATIVE. I am a solo travelling woman and have never felt so unsafe. First they gave me the key card to a different room where a man was sleeping - sorry again. After that I got the correct keys to apartment no. 3. And let me tell you that - you can walk into apartment no. 4 and they can walk into apartment no. 3! When I went to the reception they were not helpful at all and told me that’s not the case. Like - I have a video of me walking into someone else’s room.Overall - would never ever book an apartment there again. I traveled frequently to Stralsund and this has been so far my worst experience ever.

We just wanted an overnight stay. This is what we got.Our room was absolutely fine for an overnight stay. Sufficiently large for two people, comfortable beds with good mattresses. The check-in was friendly and quick. Thank you for allowing a late arrival. The aparthotel was super convenient for us because we wanted to go to the harbor the next morning to cross over to Hiddensee. We are happy to recommend the aparthotel.

We were given a room in the attic at short notice. That was completely ok for one night. There was a small mini kitchen and our dog was also welcome.We knew that there was no elevator up there due to monument protection. Unfortunately for us that meant having to drag the stroller up to the roof.Once you get to the top, it's bearable at the moment, but in the summer it will definitely be extremely hot and stuffy up there and there's only one attic window so there's no possibility of a draft. A baby bed was available, but unfortunately there was NO REASONABLE BLACKOUT for the window. Unfortunately, this robbed us of several hours of sleep due to the brightness in the room, as the child was of the opinion that he had to stay awake and wake up far too early because it was and remained very bright in the room. Because of the heat alone, you could just install a darker pleated blind in the windows!Unfortunately you can't get to the hotel by car for loading and unloading. So it was time to drag again.The hotel is well located as a starting point, but you have to be aware that half of the city is made of old cobblestones, which makes walking with a stroller difficult.Breakfast would have cost 28 Eura a la carte, so we catered for ourselves.Conclusion: ok for one night or for couples/singles and very good that dogs are allowed.The cleanliness was good!There was no tea towel to dry off with.
