We expected a lot but were still pleasantly surprised. Super clean, beautifully furnished rooms where you can get to the city center in 5 minutes. Our dog was also allowed to come with us and felt very comfortable.

Room with kitchen. Such a beautiful room. Really 1000% feel-good factor. You don't hear anything, neither from the neighboring rooms nor from the street. Really relaxed here. The only thing that really stops me from visiting again is the parking situation. The evening I arrived I spent an hour looking for a parking space, then had to walk forever with all my luggage and my car was very far away, which always makes me very uncomfortable in a strange city. The accommodation has 3 or 4 parking spaces… which is a bit funny for such a big house.. but otherwise the stay was very pleasant. The light switches sometimes don't work so well. You might have to check that sometime.

I was very pleased. A very successful option in price / performance comparison. Check-in and check-out without reception was smooth and successful. Customer support is online and available 24 hours a day. I received very fast and successful service.

We had problems with a leaking shower stall and a flooded bathroom. After a note via WhatsApp and a request for a different room, we were assigned a different and equivalent room at short notice. So everything was solved well and we were satisfied.

Very nicely renovated old building apartments, which are equipped to a very high standard. Bathroom/kitchen/furnishings/TV everything from well-known companies/manufacturers.We had a room with an extra living room, so it was big enough.The hotel rooms facing the street are extremely loud when the windows are open. Buses run through the central bus station every minute and car traffic is also high. Sleeping with the window open is therefore not possible.Unfortunately it was extremely warm in the room (approx. 28-29 °C). We were happy to be outside as much as possible, as sleeping and just being around normally were very tiring. Air conditioning or mobile air conditioning units urgently need to be retrofitted here. It wasn't even 30 °C during the day and the apartment was already far too warm as the nights were over 20 °C and cooling down was therefore not possible.Approx. 10 minutes walk to Lübeck's old town. Bakery for breakfast 2 minutes around the corner.Finding a parking space can be difficult. The hotel parking spaces are usually already occupied. There are around 5-6 parking spaces opposite, which are free.

I'm very positively surprised. Super nice room with nice little things that make your stay more enjoyable. Instant camera for a holiday snapshot, delicious tea, brand new bathroom, not 1815...I will book it again next time I visit Lübeck.

Great location near the train station and the old town. Lovingly furnished with lots of lovely little things and a welcome tray with coffee and tea ingredients to get you through the first morning.Roof terrace with a beautiful view.Very nice and courteous customer service, who was quickly available to answer questions and lovely employees.

I recently spent 4 wonderful nights in the hotel's "Studio" with my partner and I am very satisfied!Unfortunately there are only 5 parking spaces on site which are almost always full... you have to be lucky to get a space there 🙊 but there is a side street behind the hotel where you can definitely find something.The location of the hotel is simply wonderful. From there, the old town can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. The train station or a bakery are also just a hop away 😊🥐The room was clean, the bed was totally comfortable and the furnishings were really on point! We didn't miss anything... there was even a Polaroid camera with 10 pictures, small gifts and drinking bottles for on the go that we were able to fill during our stay 🙏 That's really really nice and helpful, thank you very much for that!!!It wasn't listed online - there was a small freezer in the fridge 🧊 which was very practical on these warm days!(A dishwasher could be seen in the photos, but it was neither in the description nor on site, which is very confusing - maybe take the picture out then?)

A little gem with a central location near the Altstadt. The rooms are spacious, with all the facilities you’ll need. The rooms are clean and the beds are really comfortable! Will chose this place again the next time we arrive in Lübeck!

The description on Hotels dot com says “reception open 24 hours” this is fake.This is a NO reception hotel. Doors at BOB W are opened from your phone and you are required to do online check-in before that works.Hotels dot com did not provide an online check-in link, and the phone number to “contact host” was invalid. And BOB W was inresponsive to requests via mail or via Hotels dot Com “contact host”.So we couldnt get in. Spent more than hour on that. I was at a state of “we have been cheated” and was starting to look up alternatives.Extremely anoying situation. Why didnt BOB W send me the check-in link together with the welcome e-mail ? Standing in front of the hotel door was valid phone number and a friendly person helped.Once you have access it works ok, and the room itself was small but nicely renovated and clean.The outdoor part 9 kvm was a discusting snail pit

The knife to cut the bread was the best I ever have used! It is great that you appreciate your customers by having the good quality in the kitchen ware (unlike unfortunately in some other apartment hotels).

We booked the deluxe studio for a weekend and were more than satisfied. The room is large and beautiful. Even though there is no reception, we felt very warmly welcomed and welcomed. Everyone in the house was very friendly and welcoming. We would come back at any time.
