Great for self-catering, you can cook yourself, everything is available. Room clean. Quiet house and quiet location. 5 kilometers from Stralsund, fantastic. Nice outdoor area to sit and smoke. Very helpful woman in charge of this house. Keep it up 👍👍👍👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Room is cheap and simply furnished, you have everything you need and it was clean. The location is amazing - 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes by car to the city. Very quiet location and fantastic surroundings. We were satisfied and would come again! Sitting on the beach in the evening was priceless! Dogs are welcome.

A nice location.Cold like Germany.Strong point: they accepted us with puppies; big room, everything clean, warmWeak point: towels were not included in the price, although the price of the accommodation is normally high.the socket by the bed did not work if the lamp was not litrather poorly soundproofed room.

Great accommodation. From booking to departure, everything is perfectly organized. The contact persons are extremely friendly and competent and will help quickly and competently in the event of a problem. An accommodation that you can recommend without reservation because of the beautiful rooms, the good care, the pleasant location and much more.

My wife and I are very excited! The price-performance ratio is really great. Everything is clean, the staff on site is very friendly and accommodating. There are refrigerators in the rooms and there are kitchens with everything you need for self-catering. The location is world class because a mini harbor/beach is within walking distance. It's about 5 minutes by car from Strahlsund... So I can recommend this location to everyone, we love being here and would come again and again (our dog wasn't a problem either). In short: Tip Top and again at any time!

The accommodation is cheap and apart from 2/3 small areas the rooms are clean and sufficient.The three employees we met were always friendly and happy to provide information.The kitchens are equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, as well as an oven, dishwasher and ceramic hob, and there are also enough crockery and pots and pans, cutlery, etc... Except for the large coffee mugs, these are unfortunately missing... (I could This is what citizens think and luckily they have 2 pots with them 🤭)The terrace invites you to linger, have breakfast in the morning glow or a cozy evening meal... At least if you're lucky and get a seat...Because if all the apartments are occupied and everyone eats their meal at the same time, it could become cramped in the dining area inside and on the terrace.From here you can reach the marina in 5 minutes on foot, a small playground in about 2 minutes and the castle as well as the café "Gärtnerei am Gutshaus" and the restaurant Minimanufaktur also in about 4 minutes, the beach in about 30 minutes on foot,The city of Stralsund is about 30 minutes by car and the island of Rügen can be reached in about 44 minutes.What's a shame is that our room or bathroom had a rain shower, but not the corresponding holder... So my son and I had to hold the heavy shower head in our hands the whole time when showering, because it tilts downwards in the holder then would fall out...This would have to be changed.Prefer a small shower head and matching holder. 😉What's really annoying are the smokers standing in front of the building because all the smoke goes into the room and you're fogged in for 24 hours as a non-smoker. 😤👎🏼Unfortunately I have to add that on the day of departure we say that the MATTRESSES were both totally MOLDY.I received an answer, but no compensation. THAT'S REALLY A PITY

Good guesthouse and good concept if everyone who cooks would also clean up their mess. But there will always be something like that. However, small things like attaching the toilet lid, repairing the height adjustment of the shower and changing the batteries in the remote control should be done :D

Good and quiet accommodation. Unfortunately the coffee shop nearby closes at 9.30 p.m. There is no other option to have a drink.
