Extremely nice staff. I came from bikepacking and had done 140 km and was completely exhausted. I received a very warm welcome and was immediately offered something to drink. The best thing was that I was offered to wash my bike clothes in the washing machine for a small donation. Wow, what great service!!! Bikepacking is fun!!!

A really nice, well thought out, clean hostel! Mattresses are great, everything is sustainably prepared with a bit of a twist. Organic coffee and milk available free of charge. Showering pleasant. - Gladly again!

The rooms are shared, so the prices match. However, it's clean and doesn't smell.There was also terrace seating and an indoor kitchen where you could talk with other guests. I received free coffee for the first time in two weeks. thanks so much.Don't get lost near the station. Friendly to foreigners.

It's very close to the train station and not far to the city center, the rooms and price were great, if you can live with a shared bathroom, absolutely ok and clean, I'd be happy to come back

Great accommodation, chic rooms, very nice staff, cool roof terrace, close to the main station and you can also quickly walk into the city. Would stay there again at any time :)

Absolutely great for a hostel. Shared showers and toilets clean. Very tasty organic breakfast. Host(ess) very very nice. Central, close to the train station and not far to the old town.

We were completely satisfied with the hostel. It was super cute and had its own charm. Above all, it was very clean, which I and we attached great importance to. Great service, incredibly friendly, a super nice atmosphere and, above all, super cheap! Only recommended! We would love to come back. :)

We (my girlfriend and I) wanted to take a short trip to Bamberg and this hostel immediately caught my eye. From the train station, we arrived by train, not far away, the reviews are great, the pictures are very beautiful. Toilet and bathroom outside the room, no TV, nice terrace, shared kitchen where breakfast is offered. We accepted all of that. Breakfast was rejected and is only offered on weekends due to a lack of staff. Okay, a bakery would be nearby.Check in 3 p.m. to 6 p.mI was asked when we would appear, rather vaguely, after asking again I wrote: after 5 p.m. But after thinking about it, I corrected it again to after 3 p.m.We arrived at the hostel around 3:15 p.m. and the “landlord” wasn’t there. Other guests said: They've just left. I called Mr. Schick and he was very shocked that I was answering and he can't show up now, but I could put my luggage in the room, maybe it's already ready!!!The room was exactly as the guests left it in the morning. It was now 3:30 p.m.One guest said: they can't do it until 5 p.m. anyway.I canceled the room because no service was provided to get a room in order for check-in.Luckily we quickly found a room in an inn.It's a shame I didn't take a photo of it, I was so disappointed.

Very nicely designed rooms, central location and still quiet. Beds are comfortable. A highlight is the large roof terrace!!Tom & his wife are absolute superhosts! ;-)

A cheap hostel with the ambience of a youth hostel.The beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet at night despite the central location. There was a rich breakfast in the shared kitchen for an additional charge; if necessary, you can also store your food there in the refrigerator.Drinks were also available from a large refrigerator with a trusted cash register.Showers and toilets are unisex and okay so far.The WiFi is stable and active everywhere.We'd love to come back.

Great relatively new hostel that definitely lives up to the name “Tres Chic”. Owner was extremely nice and helpful giving us many tips for food, drinks, activities in the area. His English was great so we did not struggle in understanding him at all which is much appreciated as a tourist :). Very comfortable and clean rooms and a large amount of bathrooms/shower areas compared to the amount of guests. Was 100% my favorite hostel throughout my road trip in Germany. 10/10 would recommendThe room was the typical size for a hostel room, it does what you want from a hostel room very well. Room was extremely clean and beds were extremely comfy. Heard the mattresses are brand new

We stayed at Hostel Tres Chic for one night and were very satisfied.The staff was very nice and warm and the rooms were already furnished.In addition, the mattresses were very comfortable.However, the rooms only had very thin walls and you could sometimes hear the hotel guests talking.Overall it was a very nice stay.Hence 5 stars.

A very big thank you to Tom and his team for the excellent stay at Tres Schick! The location is very central, the hostel is very cozy (great common/kitchen room, nice terrace) and the breakfast is prepared according to individual needs and very fresh! 15 trainees on the way to the nursing profession would like to thank you very much for the great stay, which made a major contribution to an unforgettable school trip.
