We have been going there for many years now. Initially there was a restaurant downstairs, but it was then discontinued. But breakfast is sufficient and varied. What do you want to charge for the low price. But you can eat very well in the neighboring house. We have booked again this YEAR. The Asian market is not far away and it is not too far to KarlovyVary either. We will be back.

We stayed at this guesthouse for 5 days and will NOT be returning. The rooms were not cleaned and when we asked, we were told that the guest house is not a hotel and that cleaning only takes place after departure (i.e. 5 days and the room was not cleaned). The guesthouse operator was unfriendly and the bathroom wasn't clean. Breakfast was only available from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and the buffet was very small.

As agreed by telephone, we arrived at the accommodation (overnight stay including breakfast) at 8 p.m. The house was dark - no bell and the door was locked. Since the location is very remote, there was no cell phone reception - but at least there was a board with the WiFi data so that we could call the guesthouse owner directly via Whatsapp.After a "hello" from the balcony, he came down and opened our doors. The welcome was very unfriendly and we were supposed to pay directly for the two nights for four people - but 20 more than booked. We were given the key to our room, which was both clean and tidy, and the information that breakfast would be available from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Since we looked a bit surprised, he said that it was a guesthouse and not a hotel.The next morning at 7 a.m. we discovered that the house was very noisy. You could hear every word, but the guests had to be ready for breakfast on time...We skipped breakfast so we can't comment on that.On the day of departure we packed our things. When we weren't out at 10 a.m. on time, the owner knocked and said, just as rudely, that we had to leave the room by 10 a.m.We spoke to him again about the incorrect calculation of the rooms. He thought for a moment, went into the dining room with us and gave us 16 euros back.We wouldn't book this accommodation again just because of the unfriendly nature.

Very nice guesthouse, clean and tidy, nice host, speaks German. Kid friendly! Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

I'm very satisfied. They were very nice there. The room is nicely decorated. A bit ring-heavy. The location is not ideal. After 8 p.m. there is no possibility of eating out

Wirt shows no interest in the guests, we couldn't drink anything in the evening because Wirt was always away and we were sitting in the dark, so we went to the neighboring restaurant. The pizza oven is just there for display. The offers on the Internet were perhaps once. Even though the guesthouse was fully booked, we couldn't eat or drink anything like what was offered on the internet.So we were there for the last time.We won't recommend it, we'd rather advise against it.
