We had accommodation with breakfast, so I cannot evaluate the dinners or the wellness services. I'm not saying that there weren't some minor mistakes, but overall we didn't miss anything and the rooms with the entrance to the garden were super+excellent location for excursions.

We were there in May this year. Pleasant lady and gentleman at home. Dinner in the room. Breakfast next door in the house. Super location of the guesthouse. The only thing I would complain about is parking. Otherwise completely satisfied.

Family pension, cozy and clean room. It is a pity that the door to the terrace could not be opened and that the WiFi was weak. Half board is enough, especially the dinners were hearty. Pleasant owner.

I would not recommend the guesthouse in any case. We had money loaded for a romantic package and upon arrival the operator himself told us that they don't offer anything like that here, but no one wanted to give us the money back, even though they knew very well and even admitted the mistake in front of us.Totally unprofessional behavior and insane customer care.Of the services, I would only recommend a masseur who is external. Otherwise services on site. Breakfast in the form of buffet tables, see photo and dinner served in the room, where there is not even a dining table, also see photo.We were also offered a private wellness area, where half of it doesn't work (infrasauna) and the whirlpool is a complete disaster, viz. photo.I would not recommend anyone to stay here. There are many other and beautiful guesthouses in the vicinity.

Replacement stay, for a canceled booked pension. But I can warmly recommend it. Hospitality, willingness, clean rooms, excellent breakfast and walking distance to the colonnade to the spa through the built-up pedestrian zone. We enjoyed it here, thank you

Great accommodation, everything was clean. Room on the ground floor with a "terrace". We had accommodation through the website of Hotel Zátiší, where we originally wanted. However, this one fell to the Ukrainians.We had accommodation with breakfast and dinner. Everything is handled by a middle-aged man who seems like a quiet person, but he is helpful and willing with everything you need. Breakfast at the house next door in a former restaurant. Simple breakfast, gentleman willing to prepare almost anything. Dinner more than passable, with always soup and a main course. Everything tasted very good. The pension offers massages which were great. A masseuse from the already mentioned hotel works here and she was simply top notch. Everyone here is very nice.The only thing for which I gave a star less was the hot tub, which we had, but only for technical reasons it did not work, when it constantly blew fuses. The beds are good, the only complaint is that they don't have slats, but only drilled boards and it's too hard for my taste.

Nice large room with new bathroom, TV, fridge, comfortable bed. Car can be parked in front of the room.Unfortunately very poor communication with the operator.I had announced two weeks before that I would be there at 11 a.m.No answer, thought it was clear..I was told on the phone that the landlord wouldn't come until 2 p.m. It was good that I was there by car.

Nice little privately owned guesthouse. Everything is very clean. The room was good for two people and there was a small terrace. The bathroom was in great order. There were no unsanitary stains throughout the bathroom or in the shower cubicle. The guesthouse is located just under a kilometer from the center of Františkovy Lázně. You can reach it in 5 minutes by car
