The hotel was clean, the food was very good. We were offered the bathing and wellness area as an included service, unfortunately that wasn't the case, the sauna had to be paid for separately. In my opinion, this cannot be the case with all inclusive.

We spent very nice days at the Burg Hotel am Hohen Bogen. The food was very good and the rooms and bed linen were clean. You can recommend the hotel without hesitation because the staff was very accommodating

Very nicely located hotel with many excursion and hiking opportunities. Despite the hard work, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was totally varied and very tasty. An extra compliment to the kitchen! I can highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is a bit old but cozy and very clean. Quietly located. The all-inclusive breakfast and dinner is delicious and the selection is optimal - you can always find something. If you are looking for relaxation and peace, you have come to the right place. Staff is friendly, quick and very helpful. Thank you for a relaxing short vacation

Anyone who focuses on price/performance and doesn't expect the most modern stay will get their money's worth here. The rooms are tastefully furnished and clean, at least our bathroom was a bit old. The hotel staff are all very friendly and quick to serve and the hotel offers a great starting point for numerous experiences within a 50km radius. We would recommend the hotel, especially with children.

We have been to this hotel a few times now and now go there every year. Wellness area is also very nice for the children. There is also a nice, large children's pool for the little ones. Food is varied and there is something for everyone. Rooms are sufficient for a family and always clean.I can definitely recommend the hotel, whether as a family or as a couple.

It's been a while since we spent 5 days at the Burghotel am Hohen Bogen, but due to some notable reviews I would like to comment. This hotel with an indoor and outdoor pool offers an incredible amount for the price paid. Anyone who complains about sauna fees should actually book a wellness hotel with the corresponding costs for drinks etc. For my part, I appreciate hard-working staff and every kind of effort from the service staff to make my vacation as pleasant as possible. Such decadence on the part of guests is almost unbearable at such low prices. My recommendation, book something expensive or stay home, but don't upset the people who are still willing to perform. Gratitude and a bit of satisfaction might be an approach...?
