Were there two weeks ago without a table reservation. We were greeted very friendly and got a table straight away.Later 2 1/2 people joined us.The staff is super child-friendly.The food and service are really top!!Looking forward to the next time

The hotel and the room is very clean with kind staff. It was a warm day 32 °C and our room was at the top floor. There was no AC and the small fan had a hard time keeping a pleasant environment. (it was therefor very warm in the room). The mattresses were not so comfortable because of "holes" (NL: kuil).

Seldom seen such an unkempt beer garden. Some of the furniture was damaged and some tables had not been cleared. Went back and were very disappointed. Restaurant is definitely not recommended.

We were there with a toddler and baby and were so warmly welcomed and looked after, it was really great! Thank you for that! We felt very comfortable. The children could play outside in the in-house playground and there was enough space in the room, even for a stroller. However, two people had to maneuver the car up the stairs because they go around the corner. Every wish (including the children's) was catered for at breakfast and there were fresh scrambled eggs every day. The food in the restaurant was excellent, but you have to wait a bit and you will be absolutely rewarded! And fans were purchased during our stay, which we didn't need on the first floor despite the hot daytime temperature. The outdoor pool right around the corner was also great! The only disadvantage is the large street right in front of the door, which is a bit louder at night.

We didn't have a room, we just ate in the hotel restaurant. The waitresses were very friendly and accommodating. We ordered two main menus and were very satisfied with them. The food was very flavorful and delicious. We would love to come back 👍🙂

I'm waiting in the middle of the night in front of hotel. No reception no response. I muat sleep and wakeup early. All they have done is sending a message one day before on email but no passwords, no access. It's been 1 hour. I'm going to find another hotel. I must sleep somewhere at least 4 hours.Worst nightmare of my life.

Great experience in staying in the hotel with family. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean with delicious food in the restaurant area on the ground floor. Would highly recommend as the hotel had an excellent service

We wanted to explore Bamberg.Things are going great from here.We left the car and took public transport into the city. Stops are right on the street.The rooms are large, very clean..It has a very large shower.The rooms are very cleaned every day. 👍The only drawback: you can hear the street.But it's not a problem when the window is closed.Check-in was super quick and friendly. Everything is shown. Help is being given. Everyone is very friendly and open-minded. You find out what you want to do. Gives clues.You immediately slow down. We feel very comfortable here.👍👌Breakfast is tailored to the quantity of guests who come. There is cheese, sausage, vegetarian, muesli, fruit, jam. You will be asked whether and how you would like the eggs. They are freshly prepared.

Hotel with the charm of the 20/30s, but perfectly renovated. Modernly equipped rooms with sparkling clean bathrooms and very good breakfast. The staff is super friendly and tries very hard to fulfill the guests' wishes. Cleanliness and facilities are excellent. The location is a bit away from the city center, but can be reached in 25 minutes on foot. The hotel is ideally located for excursions into the Franconian area and there are plenty of free parking spaces around the hotel. Things can only get crowded on Saturday afternoons when football is being played in the stadium.

My confirmed booking was canceled for flimsy reasons. Apparently a bug in the system. I had problems finding an alternative for our travel group at short notice. In this respect I can only warn against this hotel.

Hello ,I was there today with 4 friends and we went to oneHappy evening.Service was quite friendly at the beginning. Eating curry 4 times was ok but way too cold.But the cheek of the boss because we were thrown out at 5 minutes after 10 p.m. So with the words it was 10 p.m. sharp, you're now coming to an end.In this day and age, that is an endless impudence. We all still had something to drink and had to force ourselves to finish the drinks.Dear landlord, that's not how you make friends and regulars, we all have friends and acquaintances who like to eat out, but we won't become your restaurantrecommend.This has never happened to me in my entire life.We were still annoyed that we also tipped for the poor service.It's a shame, we would have liked to come back again.It's a shame, but also such a super host.
