I stopped unexpectedly mid-canoe trip due to a broken tent emergency... I must say I very much enjoyed my stay at Hotel Innsento. It's cool to see a hotel with a gym and sauna included and for its reasonable price I would say it has excellent facilities. The rooms are large, beautifully appointed, clean and considerably better than many other similarly priced places I've stayed. The location is beautiful with plenty of fascinating places to visit right on the doorstep and lots of shops, bars, restaurants etc nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful and all seem to enjoy what they do- they also speak impeccable English and don't sigh quite so audibly at my poor German as many other people I've met locally. I thought the restaurant was pretty good too - it's no Michelin star affair but the food is tasty, well cooked and comes in large portions. As for the breakfast... Really impeccable. Bravo! The bar staff were a good laugh too. On the whole I'm very glad to have found this hotel and hope to visit it again.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, the fitness instructor and lady who did massages excellent. The rooms could do with a second chair. …

Completely fine. Simple clean. Okay restaurant. We stayed there with a cycle tour. It's a perfect spot to start the cycle path. We walked into Passau for dinner. It's a 10-15 minute walk and over a bridge. Easy. Room was simple. Clean. All good. There is a food store next door.

3*, or rating: good. However, a lift that has not worked for several days is quite a problem for guests at the hotel. So what if the receptionist at check-in offers to help with bringing luggage up to the floor. At check-out, you have to manage on your own, especially as there are women working the shift. Although maybe if they were asked to carry guests' luggage, maybe then the staff themselves would push the owner or manager to get the lift fixed. Also, the corridors on the floors do not look inviting. But you don't sleep in the corridor :) Furnishings and appearance of the rooms as much as possible in order. A big plus is the free mini bar and that is why I give 4* instead of 3*. But not only for the mini bar and the look of the rooms, because also for the people who work there:The reception staff are extremely nice and polite people. Authentic, not artificial. What caught my attention was the sensational staff taking care of the cleanliness of the rooms. Extremely efficient, quick, discreet, thorough. Every day the room was cleaned just perfectly. On top of that, they were also very polite. It is often forgotten that it is the work of these people that largely determines the comfort of the stay and the guest experience. For me, the team cleaning the rooms is the best showcase of this facility. I wish every hotel had such hard-working, thorough, committed and also polite employees. Breakfast is fine, plenty of choice. The restaurant team whether in the morning or evening also extremely professional.

Advertised as a 4 star hotel. Defiantly not 4 star hotel more like a 3 star. The Hotel was clean and comfortable but not anything special. It is a 10-15 minute walk to central Passua. Not a bad walk but not very central.Breakfast was extremely crowded. The staff worked hard to replace food items as they ran out but it was not easy due to the crowed conditions.A nice hotel all things considered but not a luxury or fancy hotel.

Staff is very friendly and room are very spacious.I took a star because on top of our room was little noisy (steps and rolling furnitures)Will come back. Passau is very beautiful
