A simple guesthouse in terms of facilities. But it's very cheap by Munich standards and right next to the main train station, so it's the best location.A real drawback is the very small elevator. Two people with luggage fit in here with great difficulty.The communal shower is also problematic: the area in front of the shower is so narrow that you can hardly dry yourself or get dressed

A real insider tip for anyone who has always dreamed of experiencing the convenience of a half bathroom right next to the door. The sink in the middle of the room creates the perfect hostel feeling that you would otherwise only find in award-winning student residences. The television - a real highlight - seems to be perfect for people with eagle eyes. However, if you have normal eyesight, the joy of the small, blurry screen remains rather abstract.The bed is a work of art in itself: every movement, no matter how small, is acoustically celebrated. Anyone who prefers gentle sleeping sounds will love the melody of creaking metal here. For those of us who are sensitive to light, the curtains offer the ideal start to a very early day - because darkness is a foreign word in this room.The communal hallway is the pinnacle of social interaction: an always-occupied toilet, shared with five other rooms, invites you to spend valuable time waiting. You also get to know other guests right away - an invaluable bonus for anyone who appreciates the sense of community in a somewhat crowded airport.If you are looking for accommodation that doesn't offer too much of this newfangled comfort and values a particularly authentic experience, this is the place for you. You can literally feel the attention to detail – or at least to a minimalist interpretation of it.”

We arrived on 07/30/24. at 17:20, and the reception is closed. No one answers phone calls or knocks on the door. The room has already been paid for 2 months. Now, we’ve been sitting in front of the door for 40 minutes. It is written that check-in is from 14:00 until late without breaks.Updated: it turned out that the employee forgot the key, left, and the door slammed. We checked in, albeit late.Parking: The employee of the parking lot recommended by the hotel must show your hotel reservation before paying for parking.

I booked through Booking, immediately after booking I found out that they do not accommodate overnight stays, I asked to cancel due to this information... since I arrived at 02:00 at night and planned to spend the night. Booking wrote them a request. To which they did not answer. They didn’t answer my message, they also said on the phone .. it will be in my sleep at night .. if you are not satisfied, cancel it yourself

Affordable accommodation in central location. If you're on a budget and look to stay just across from Munich's main train station and the Lufthansa airport bus, then this is your best option.Our twin bed room was tiny with two beds, a small fridge and lavatory. The shared bathroom in the hallway was clean but aged.It was early May, but realdy got quite warm in the room at night, but was too noisy outside to open the window.The elevator was out of order, seemingly for a long time, so it's quite a few stairs up. If you're traveling with luggage, this may be a pain.Everything according to price level, you get what you pay for. :)

Taken exclusively for the very central location 17 minutes walk from Marienplatz and all the main attractions of Munich. Guesthouse with very old-fashioned furniture and shared bathroom/shower. Friendly receptionist.

We cannot speak highly enough of the staff here. Location is excellent, room was really big for such a central location and the staff were so helpful with our teen daughter who arrived very unwell with a severe migraine. They went out of their way to help.

This photo reflects the room in which I stayed for several days at the Locarno pension in Munich, whose location was and is unbeatable, given that it is located practically next to the Hauptbahnhof or Munich main station, with rooms that had everything necessary , in addition to the fact that the price, at least in July 2013, was quite affordable for the majority of the population and travelers, who, like me, traveled alone and on our own.
