Hotel is overpriced, the location is in the middle of nowhere (among construction and manufacturing), the service is mediocre, breakfast is not great. Save you money for better price/quality ratio hotels.

Modern, simple hotel with a very good price-performance ratio. Breakfast simple and good. Parking garage 9€. Otherwise there are enough free parking spaces within walking distance in an industrial area. Modern flat screen, television and clean design.

Hotel is located in the middle of the industrial area between brothels, office buildings and retail. The rooms are worn out, dirty and smelly. The reception is only staffed at certain times.

Not clean, no boiler, no phone, I found napkins between the two mattresses with blood!!, I can hear the people in the other room talking all the night, not professional stuff, too expensive not value for money

I paid when I booked the hotel, at Agoda. When we went there I had to pay for the dog and parking, that is fine. But they asked the price for the room as well. I thought I made a mistake and didn't pay it before. I paid everything and few days later saw, that I was charged twice. I called the hotel, they told me to call again. I did it, then I spoke to an incredible rude woman (didn't tell me here name, which is also funny). She used expressions as "oh my God..." and similars, which in inappropriate against somebody who has complains. When I mentioned that her German knowledge is not enough for this job, she just broke the line and I cannot reach them since then. I don't think this the right way so I contacted their owner and I try to show other people how they are.

Solid hotel, just as you would expect from a chain.Large, clean, rooms with good facilities.Service is basically very nice, the only annoying factor is that the reception is not staffed at night and if you have any problems you have to call a hotline, which all hotels in this chain serve.Breakfast is rich and sufficient.The location in a run-down industrial area is a drawback, but it's not a problem if you travel by car as you can park it in the hotel's own parking garage. There is a system there that allows two cars to park on top of each other, but unfortunately this was not explained to us at check in.

The hotel is modern and nicely furnished...unfortunately no air conditioning...Staff hardly knows any German and therefore have difficulty articulating...No hello or good morning...nothingUnfortunately the hotel is very noisy.Children and adults from the neighboring building show no consideration, especially at night...playing and talking on the phone and singing or talking very loudly.

Hotel room was big and clean, bathroom was good too. Hotel within walking distance of Aldi or McDonalds in 5 minutes. Next bus stop can be reached in 5-7 minutesHotel staff was friendly, but only spoke broken German.

The hotel is worth a good 4 from 5. Rooms on the 1-st floor without curtains and rollets while prople are walking nearby. Location is far away from the center about 40 minutes by public transport.

A modern new hotel. The rooms were clean. The reception was nice and there is some seating.The location is ok. In the middle of the industrial area.One point deducted because €9 is far too expensive for the underground car park. (As a guest)And because there is neither air conditioning nor a ventilation system. You could at least install a fly screen so that you can open the window properly in the warm temperatures. If it wasn't summer now, I would come again.

In a difficult situation, at 1:30 a.m. we were admitted to the hotel and given a parking space in the garage, which was of great importance to us. The employee on the phone was very friendly and explained everything. The room was fine too. Recommended for me because of the smooth process.

The hotel is modern. The location in the commercial area, the staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating with questions and requests. Everything will be done immediately.The breakfast was very tasty, fresh and completely sufficient.I was there with my dog because he was having surgery and we both felt very comfortable.Many thanks to the entire staff 🙂

Very nice hotel with a great staff that are helpful and courteous.
A little way from the city center, so plan on either driving or taking the U-Bahn downtown.
