Staff understaffed and overwhelmed.Rooms were dirty and some were damaged.The breakfast buffet ran out of food. I've never experienced anything like that...I will never set foot in here again or recommend it to anyone. It's best to close the thing...

Wasn't as impressed as the picture showed. The shower was very dirty. Sink clogged. Rubbish bin was broken. In the room you couldn't turn off the night light. Bed, laundry torn, crap not disposed of from the room. I think there are plenty of better rooms for this priceAnd checking in for the room is simply complicated

Visually a real eye-catcher from the outside and inside. Very good parking options, most of them under cover. Absolute proximity to the motorway but also to Rosenheim city center. After a few visits over several years, it had recently become quite worn out, and the size of the breakfast buffet continued to decline, probably for cost reasons as in many places... But the smell of cigarettes in the room and the rare occurrence of staff is a shame!

The hotel is located in an industrial area, has parking spaces, even Tesla charging stations, and gets by with as little service as possible. The motto here is “do it yourself”. The conference room on the 4th floor is very pleasant, with a view of the mountains, but unfortunately the toilets are in the basement. The rooms are small, clean and pragmatic, with a shower and large flat screen TV. The toilet seat was loose and a small refrigerator with water could not be found. The air conditioning was running in the room and you could at least turn it down enough so that it didn't disturb you while you were sleeping. The food was okay, the service was self-service.

One night in this hotel was enough for me personally. The room was supposed to be ready for occupancy from 3 p.m., but by 4 p.m. (upon arrival) it had not yet been cleaned. The service at reception was quite unfriendly. There was no information regarding a departure time. At night it got warmer and warmer in the room even though the air conditioning was set to 20 degrees. It felt like the temperature was around 23 degrees. The only solution was to open a window, with the night part of the street noise in the morning. Breakfast cost 15€. With an empty stomach I went to the “halls” for breakfast and was bitterly disappointed. There was a very small selection of sausage and cheese, yogurt, rolls. The muesli “corner” was actually larger than the sausage platter. What I really missed for this price was the selection of fruit. Yawning emptiness 😩The further impression of the hotel... dirty, very dark, more of a condition that I would expect in a hostel. For example, you can see a lot of scratches (traces of smoke) on the walls; the carpet in the hallway is stained and looks very worn out.I cannot recommend this hotel!

The rooms are really very nice. However, we didn't understand the point of having a small kitchen in the room when there isn't even a glass or a spoon in the cupboard.The breakfast offers everything you need, but the times are very limited. You should be finished by 9:30 a.m.

At the gates of Rosenheim, close to the A8 - that's great. A modern hotel with some deficiencies. It was very annoying that the blinds didn't work, toothbrush cups were missing and we had to fix the toilet seat first. Unusually for such a modern hotel, there were no USB ports. Turning off the air conditioning is a job in itself - you can only do it by chance.Too few staff.Free underground parking with access to the hotel.A very good restaurant with friendly staff.

We were traveling through Italy and the hotel was conveniently located for overnight stay. The photos on the internet were quite promising, but unfortunately the hotel was a disappointment across the board. The rooms were dark and therefore seemed downright depressing. There was no mattress protector on the bed, which is super unhygienic! The room was dingy, the bathroom moldy and musty. Towels were missing and it felt like the room wasn't cleaned properly after it was re-rented. The entire hotel looks worn out in the rooms and hallways. The entrance area was attractive, the staff tried hard, quickly and super friendly! Dinner was expensive and nothing more than mediocre. The breakfast was almost a disgrace. The rolls were sticky, the boiled eggs were raw and the selection and quality was reminiscent of a youth hostel. The rooftop bar was nice, the cocktails were tasty and again the staff was outstanding! It's a shame about the hotel, you could do more with it. But we certainly won't stay there again.

Among the advantages of this hotel: - late check-in without questions (the card for the room was at the reception)-free parking.Disadvantages of this place:- unresponsive staff-there is nothing in the room (no water, no glass, no refrigerator)- when asking for water (you can buy it yourself from the machine)- if you ask about an iron in your room (there is an ironing room downstairs, take your things and do something)- we don't have enough staff, I'm too busy- location regarding public transport (poor).

Unfortunately the hotel did not meet my expectations.The staff was friendly and tried hard.The hotel seemed neglected- Bedding was stained.- Sockets dirty.- Shower heavily calcified and moldy.The rooms are small and shabby. The television was broken.Breakfast was disappointing: bad coffee, raw eggs and unlabeled jamDue to the lack of cleanliness and facilities, I cannot recommend the hotel, although the staff was friendly.
