It’s a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for. The room was clean, however our AC didn’t work. We attempted to sleep with the window open but this is also a truck stop, so we heard traffic all night.I might have given another star if the staff was more professional. We booked through a third party (Agoda), who didn’t transfer the information for all of our guests (children and dogs). We booked two triple rooms (and paid for them in advance). When we arrived after a long day of driving we were told that because we booked two rooms for 1 adult each, we would only get single rooms (regardless of what the booking said/what we paid for). The man working the front desk seemed very angry and argumentative when we asked if they had two triple rooms available and we’d be happy to pay whatever the difference is (because we aren’t trying to hide our kids/dogs). Eventually, we got the rooms but it was uncomfortable doing so.The breakfast is simple and be prepared to wait in line.

Perfect stay for a night when you are on the road. Directly at the motorway, You can check in any time, as they have a check in computer at the entrance (I didn't try at the end as the receptionist was there even after 22.00).Simple room, but clean and a good price for money..

I was very grateful to the front desk person on duty when I arrived to check in for her patience and kindness to me. I was first assigned an upper floor but as I have mobility problems, I asked for a ground floor room and she was able to change it. It was the first time I've had a twin bed room and was a little disappointed at first not to have one larger bed, but in fact I'd ask for this type of room again as it worked out so well. The room also seemed freshly re-done with very comfy pillows and duvet. Thank you again to the kind woman on the front desk!

My second stay here as no choice transiting through on the motorway. My first stay was not great. Beds were in need of new mattress. Not the cleanest however did the job.My second stay has been dreadful. Please do not stay at this hotel. I understand it is budget and that is fair enough. However being rude and disrespectful is a whole different level. The woman in charge was screaming at me because I could not speak German. I paid 87 euro for someone to be so unpleasant to me and for what reason? It makes no sense to treat a customer in this way for absolutely nothing. I left very upset and I will be contacting IBIS headquarters to report this matter. I have stayed in many hotels/motels around Europe for my job and never experienced this.

This hotel is great for transit or sleepovers.|The room is simple, tidy and exceptionally clean. The receptionist is kind and helpful. The breakfast is poor, but all the better. It was delicious. I will use the hotel again next time, as a clean hotel is good on a long journey.

I have stayed again in a ibis budget but both times the rooms were in better condition. Rooms and hotel need some renovation, especially in the corridor carpets and showers. Uncomfortable thin pillows, uneven and with bumps. I did not see an elevator. The receptionist was a bit rude to my boyfriend, rolling his eyes when he asked a question. Good location for a stop during a big trip. Pet friendly (10€/night) and has a free parking.
