I was here with my motorbike and they even gave me a small parking space for my motorbike. The house is right on the market square, the location couldn't be better, I can unequivocally recommend the house, I'll definitely come back

I actually wanted to give 5 stars, but you have to differentiate between hotels and restaurants! My room 30 was nothing to complain about, as it should be! But the catering: the Ratskeller itself was closed, bad! The restaurant “Bauchfühl” was totally overwhelmed on a Saturday (!!!). The food and drinks on the menu were only sparsely represented, not even tea (black tea) was available. When we asked, we were told that Sunday/Monday are rest days, so there is no big shopping beforehand! It's a shame, so only 3 stars!!!

Booked room could not be occupied, hotel overbooked. The boss disappeared, the staff present was friendly but overwhelmed. 1 star is still a lot. Never again - absolutely not recommended!* Unfortunately, we waited 1/2 hour in front of the room door (which was reserved for us) until the KeyCard worked. Which unfortunately wasn't possible because the room was occupied. Then my wife had to change in the toilet for an event and our luggage was put into storage. After 6 p.m. it was clear that we had to move to another hotel. Actually we should be able to move in at 4 p.m.

Never again, service is terrible, breakfast is way too expensive, the bakery next door is much cheaper, only the central location But everything else is a nightmare, no heating, no helpfulness from the staff!!!

In the middle of the tranquil town of Weißenburg.Service was good. Was probably "just temporary staff" (own words), but always service-oriented and friendly. The interior takes some getting used to with its colors and furniture in the hallway and the bathroom was probably slightly misplanned (despite the average size you can easily dangle your legs on the toilet), but otherwise neat and clean. Totally fine for one night.

Great hotel in the heart of Weissenburg.Nice spacious rooms with modern bathrooms.The welcome was very warm and the staff is friendly and helpful.We had half board and were thrilled. The food is super delicious, freshly prepared and lovingly prepared. Just great.We ate our food in the restaurant “Bauchfühlen”, which is part of the hotel.

Apart from a small argument I had due to absolutely unfriendly behavior from the hotel staff in the breakfast house, the water pressure (hot water) in the bathroom was very very very low and that is not okay for a shower in a hotel. The water pressure was so low that I had to shower with cold water for three days. Two things are extremely important in a hotel…bed and bathroom. Bed was ok (not particularly good either) but bathroom was absolutely bad 👎🏻. The second star is because of the hotel's good location right in the city center.Update on September 20, 2023I was contacted by Google once in April and once today that the hotel owner/his lawyers claim that I was never in the hotel, so the review should be deleted within a week!!!!! My answer: you have to earn positive reviews, but not through lawyers, but better services and friendly dealings with customers...right?PS: second star has to go too.

We were worried that we wouldn't have time to check in because we arrived at 8:30 PM! I wrote to all e-mails and to the booking office while we were traveling, but no one answered! I was afraid that we would not be accommodated!But we were greeted by a cool thing at the entrance: self-registration - and it's TOP! The device in which you enter your booking data, pay by card and receive a key card!The soundproofing is excellent! The bed is super comfortable, I slept like a baby!We paid only €59 for the night and I'm in shock because it's super cheap and super comfortable for this price!The breakfast was interesting (I didn't really like the salami, but I was impressed by the vegan cheeses)

The room was really okay for the price, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and otherwise tidy, only the floor had stains.The breakfast was unfortunately very minimalistic. Unfortunately no fresh fruit and no scrambled eggs either.We had dinner there the night before, a small fitness salad is now more like a small side salad, also kept very clearly and the visual presentation also leaves room for improvement. For me, a fitness salad should contain fruits, grains, carrots, and not just three slices of cucumber and three slices of tomato on four leaves of lettuce.But the staff was very friendly and tried hard.
