The location was great! You could get anywhere on foot or by S-Bahn in just a few minutes (directly at the main station). However, this also has disadvantages such as many homeless people, prostitutes and dark figures. The breakfast was good and I enjoyed it very much 😋 Everyone was always very friendly. The rooms are relatively large and comfortable. Unfortunately the heating knob was missing and the heating continued to heat uninterrupted. As a result, I didn't sleep that well. Unfortunately, when we reported this, they didn't repair it in time. But overall satisfied and good value for money.

Stay in the middle of the Oktoberfest and above all with numerous construction sites open around. Decent hotel, good rooms and breakfast. Prices high but all in all consistent for the location and the period

Our room was clean enough with a nice bathroom and it was easy to control the temperature. However the internet was extremely slow to the point of being unusable. Our queen size bed was two twins that slowly separated making it uncomfortable for a couple to sleep on.When I requested a second pillow they told me I would have to wait until the next day when house keeping returned. I guess they didn't realize I was planning on sleeping that evening.

Unfortunately our stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. The photos on the website do not correspond to reality, especially regarding the room size and design. …

I found the staff at this hotel to be the rudest group of people I have ever encountered. The rooms were fine, the AC was unreliable so we slept with the window open. Our bed was just 2 twins pushed together, but not latched, so we spent all night moving the beds around. The hair dryer broke and the front desk said it would take 3 days to replace (luckily another guest overheard and brought his down). The shower doesn’t seal so the bathroom floods and the hotel refuses extra towels.I imagine they are exasperated with the Oktoberfest crowd, but I never witnessed a rude guest, just hostile staff. If it’s the last place with rooms in Munich, you’ll be fine, but if you have other options - go there first.Oh! And the espresso machine is broken. And if you DARE ask for coffee after 10am, be braced for an extra rude interaction.

We stayed at this hotel for one night while in Munich for an Adele concert after traveling from Prague. We chose it primarily because of its proximity to Munich Hauptbahnhof.Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel entrance is located in an alleyway that felt unsafe. When we arrived around 4:30 PM—well past the usual check-in time of 3:00 PM—we were dismayed to find only one clerk at the reception and a long line of more than 10 people waiting for assistance. To make matters worse, the air conditioner in our room wasn’t working, and the receptionist refused to address it.After waiting for 45 minutes, we were given a room, which unfortunately faced the busy main street, resulting in a lot of noise. The room itself was not cleaned properly; the wooden floor was sticky and dirty. Additionally, the toilet had low flushing power, the sink was clogged, and the shower holder was broken. We returned to the reception to request cleaning and repairs, but were told that no services were available until the following day, which was when we were checking out. With the hotel manager unavailable, we were advised to email him, which felt like an inadequate solution. In summary, the hotel was disappointing and the customer service was poor. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Very nice hotel, 10 minutes walk from the train station. I arrived very early, but there was no problem to set the bags until I had to check in. Will definitely return here. …
