I paid twice for a stay from 5 to 6 October for 4 people. The first time I paid from the all.accor.com site, the site returned a payment error but the amount was taken from me (€418). Then, for fear of not finding a place anymore, I booked from booking.com and everything went well.In the meantime I have requested a refund for the first payment to Accor and they tell me to speak to the hotel, but the hotel says that the IBAN I paid to is not theirs and to refer to Accor. The usual rebound for not refunding customers!!!REALLY BAD I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

We took 2 rooms for 4 people and it was a nightmare. The rooms were never made up, the towels were never changed and the shower only had cold water. The heating didn't work. It was a nightmare. We will never go back there again.

I have stayed in several Ibis budgets, but the Munich one has less comfort than other Ibis budgets. It was very clean and quiet despite the main street next door and the beds are very comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

I stayed at the Ibis Budget for one night so I can't make too much of a judgment.What I can say is that check-in went smoothly and the room was clean.The bed was comfortable, which is a bit of a shame that there was no hairdryer.If you want luxury, your budget is in the wrong place, but everyone should be aware of that.I parked one street away.What light sleepers should probably know is that the hotel is on a very busy street and you can hear the cars even through the closed window.final judgment for me,I would book the hotel again at any time.

After the first night I wanted to take a shower but couldn't turn on the hot water, after turning in all directions and waiting more than 10 minutes for the water to heat up, I gave up and decided to go ask to a member of staff. He told me that it wasn't normal but that he would check during the day. The next day the problem was not resolved, I took 3 showers during my stay, each one freezing...In addition, on the last day when I woke up, I had a visit from the cleaning lady who didn't even bother to knock before entering the room. A huge lack of respect and a huge lack of privacy for visitors to the hotel.The morning of departure, wishing to check out, we went to the entrance and after 10 minutes of waiting, still no one to serve us. Since we were not the only travelers waiting in the lobby we decided to ring the hotel entrance. I had to insist very hard before having a member of staff agree to come to the hotel reception to do the check out.Having already been very upset by this total lack of service, we explained the problems we faced during the stay to the employee present who arrived in her pajamas, giving the impression of having just gotten out of bed. She insisted that they had fixed the hot water problem and that it was not their problem. She didn't even react to the cleaning lady's incident, as if it was normal.This is my second bad experience with an Ibis Budget during the same summer, it's starting to get a lot... is it only budgets that are like that or should I simply stop staying at ibis...?A bad experience in this hotel with terrible staff

Easily accessible, private parking (for a fee). Supermarket within walking distance so did not use breakfast. Beds have seen their best days. Shower cabin in the middle of the room. Along a busy road, but not audible with the window closed. Friendly welcome on arrival. Not a good price-quality ratio for events.

I mean this week I stayed 145€ per night is not a cheap price for an ibis budget room but it was clean, a good size room with everything we needed so I was comfortable
