It was exactly as expected. Staff was helpful and kind. Room was perfect for being out and about. Comfortable beds and easy location to transportation and center city without being too loud or overcrowded. The lobby was really nice.

Located in a really sketchy area. I didn't feel safe being in this hotel. The facility is not being kept well; stained walls old build like smell. Definitely not worth the price.

The staff is not friendly. At night, the staff refuses to do anything. They refuse to sell bottles of water and snacks from their fully stocked snack counter. Bad service. I do not recommend staying here. Good locations, terrible hotel.

Extremely noisy, no insulation with windows, constant fighting from partying outside. Informed the next day and all she replied was “ok”

I would give this place negative 100 stars! This place is good only for quick stay with your partner(you know what I mean)Let's start with the facility:Doors: There are doors everywhere, making it incredibly challenging to check in and move around.Walls: The walls have numerous stains, and it seems like the hotel used the wrong type of paint for them. The restroom was especially appalling, with some truly disgusting stains.Size: The room was unbelievably small, and we couldn't even open our luggage. When we requested another room, it turned out to be the same size.Elevator: The elevator was ridiculously tiny, and I almost had a panic attack due to claustrophobia.Location: The hotel is situated next to a school or educational facility, and we had to close the curtains because an entire class could see into our room.Safety: We didn't feel safe in the area, as we witnessed a fight as soon as we walked down the street.Overall experience:We didn't like our first room and requested another, but the next room wasn't any better. The shower room didn't even have a hook for a towel, which I found absurd given the price range. There were no coffee or tea amenities unless you were willing to pay €4.After struggling for 4 hours to organize our belongings in the small room, we decided to move out. We called Booking to express our frustration and request a refund. We found a much better hotel just 0.5 miles down the street. Booking sent a refund request to the hotel, but the next day, they informed us that we had moved out without giving the hotel a chance to fix the issues, which is completely untrue. We had already moved once to a similar room and didn't want to deal with the hassle of moving again.Save your time and avoid this place. We have submitted a claim through our bank to get our money back for this scam hotel.

We stayed at Cocoon Stachus for one night during Oktoberfest and it was really nice. Very nice and helpful staff, nice rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was unexpectedly varied, large and really tasty. Something for everyone. We'd love to come back
