The only problem is that the rooms are very hot and we cannot sleep with the window open because of the noise of the trams and vehicles.

I have only had positive experiences. The airport bus that serves Terminals 1 and 2 leaves in front of the door. The breakfast at the hotel is great!

We were happy with the hotel. We arrived by train and the hotel is right behind the train station. The reception was very nice and we were able to put our suitcases down until the room was ready.We had a room at the back and it was very quiet. The rooms were small but clean and ok for 1-3 nights.The breakfast was also OK. There wasn't a huge selection, but there was everything you needed. We liked it and will book it again.

The rooms are absolutely getting old. The furniture doesn't match and it's not really comfortable. The mattresses are also very saggy. The bathrooms are no longer up to date and saving water is not a priority (the water in the toilet runs forever after you flush it). We chose it for an overnight stay because the location is great for onward travel to the airport.Breakfast was OK.

Room photos did not match the expectation for the room. There is no air-conditioning, but some kind of window fan system that lets in outside noise and the hotel is across from the train station. The service was potentially fine, but we were price gauged due to Oktoberfest.

Very rude staff (two males) at the reception during check-in and not even taking requests like to provide fresh clean bedsheets for sofa bed. We were a group of 7 with three children and just wanted to use a sofa bed, but it was not already made, and this request was not fulfilled. There were no kettle or coffee machines in the rooms. Ladies at reception in the morning were helpful, and all I can say is that the hotel is good infrastructure wise, but some staff members are ruining its reputation.

We stayed here for 3 nights during Oktoberfest, and I was very skeptical based on the reviews I had seen. But the room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is in a GREAT location. The bathrooms are smaller, but again - they are clean and work properly.This hotel does what you need it to for the price point.

Extended stay for Oktoberfest and this was the cheapest place. Check in was friendly and they let you use luggage storage, they don’t actually check you take the right bags which was concerning but thankful they had the room. They don’t use keycards and still have physical keys. The shower hot water only got lukewarm and the toilet needs repair as it kept running. Bed was comfortable but room got hot, which meant opening the window to loud city noise. Decent stay for event pricing.

The only positive thing is the proximity to the train station. Room totally overheated, no AC just a small fan with no effect.
