Room was very clean, staff was very nice, breakfast area has a lot of variety and the staff there is also very friendly.Particularly noteworthy is the Bat and the barman Andrej.Such professionalism,We rarely saw devotion and niceness.

Unfortunately very dissatisfied.Early check-in didn't work, okay it was announced that it only works if a room is available, but then a prior notification would have been nice.The reception staff were very annoyed and bored.Unfortunately, the room wasn't particularly clean, especially the fridge, things are already growing in there...The bottle of water in the room had already been emptied when we arrived.Room cleaning starts very early which is generally not a problem. Since the rooms are not insulated, you were regularly woken up between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. by vacuum cleaners and moving furniture.I wouldn't recommend and definitely won't book again!

Before I arrived, I read reviews on Booking and Google, and I was really nervous about my stay because of the issues people mentioned. However, everything turned out well. The staff is now available 24/7 at the reception, but you can also check in and out online via the website. The room is small, and a major downside is that you cannot lock the door from the inside. It was a little dusty, but overall, for the price, it’s a good option.

unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience due to bed bugs. Despite the hotel’s appearance and amenities, I discovered multiple bed bugs in my room, which made my stay extremely uncomfortable.I reported the issue to the staff, but I felt that the response was inadequate. It's crucial for hotels to prioritize cleanliness and guest safety, and I believe this experience reflects poorly on their standards.I cannot recommend this hotel until they address this serious issue.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in!!!- I wrote them several emails before our arrival, but they never responded.- When I spoke to the receptionist (who was Turkish) at check-in, he didn’t even apologize.- We requested a good room when booking and at check-in, as we were coming to Germany for a special occasion. They did not provide us with a good room and instead gave us a single room for a double use, which was so small we were bumping into things while walking.- The room was dusty and not clean; the toilet seat was yellow, and there was dirt on the walls.- There was no telephone in the room, which shows how little they want to be in contact with customers.- The small luggage table was broken, causing my suitcase to fall.- This is a 4-star hotel with an empty minibar, no slippers, and no toothbrushes. If you need anything, you have to go downstairs to get it yourself, as there is no telephone in the room.- Housekeeping doesn’t operate in this hotel; during our 4-day stay, they didn’t clean our room once, despite my asking the housekeeper twice.- Since housekeeping didn’t come, I had to go downstairs to ask for toilet paper. The receptionist was lounging with his legs on the desk and playing with his phone. Is this really a 4-star hotel????

They are not reliableTheir booking management software is really terrible.In the room, I found a torn towel.The breakfast was simple, and the staff — especially one gentleman — was rude.GERMANUnfortunately I had a bad experience. €751 was charged to my credit card even though I canceled the booking in good time. Unfortunately, our stay at the Premium Plaza wasn't so premium. While it was wonderful at the beginning that we were allowed into our room earlier than expected, we were disappointed relatively quickly. We would have waited even if we had had a clean room. So we had a not really clean room. What was particularly disgusting was the moldy shower and the towels that weren't clean. Even after we got new towels, we got some with lots of stains….The kettle in the room turned out to be particularly dangerous. This didn't just boil the water but bubbled it so wonderfully that it bubbled out of the kettle.So overall we were happy that we were able to leave after two days.

Unfortunately only pretzels/bread and jam or 1 papaya cream as a vegan option.No cold cuts, very limited selection.Unfortunately it's no longer quite up to date.The ventilation in the rooms was also super loud, so you had to sleep with the windows open and had the noise from outside in the room.When boiling the water, the kettle foamed over.

_ The location is bad and depressing, and there are businesses near the place that are annoying, and the lobby has a bar and an unsafe area, especially for families- Cleanliness is not clean-The room is very, very narrow, and the bathroom is not clean, and the ground connections emit a smell-There is no sound insulation in the rooms-The employees are unfriendly and unqualified. This is due to the presence of an employee who discounted the room twice without refunding the amount in the same amount of time. I waited a whole week and upon depositing the amount, it was discovered that the amount was less than the discount.-Parking is very expensive. It is better not to take a card. “The parking is open and there is no need for that.”-Breakfast is not clean and has an unpleasant smell

A nice place for a short, few-day trip to Munich. The rooms are clean, cozy and modernly decorated. The equipment includes a TV with cable channels, a kettle and a fridge. It would be nice if they had at least some basic things available, such as cutlery, plates, or wipes. The only things available were two glasses and two tea cups. The location is very good for the price, close to an Aldi grocery store, a small restaurant, a few minutes' walk to the metro station, and from there 10 minutes to Marienplatz.

AVOID TO STAY IN PLAZA PREMIUM MÜNCHEN.Customer service is absolutely horrible.First day we arrived earlier than check-in time so we did sightseeing first in central and came back at 11pm and we got a room key from the receptionist who are young/skinny/very darker looking person (I have to describe his looking as he doesn’t give his name). We were exhausted from the trip due to the long journey and when we went to the room, it was absolutely dirty/not cleaned AT ALL, so we came down to explain it and he gave another room key without saying SORRY. Also I left a message that it’s my bf bday trip so please allocate a nice room. But the room was TWIN SINGLE BED + disgusting smelly like toilet. So I came down AGAIN to explain it and he said it’s cleaners fault and I should complain to the cleaner? So I asked him to come up together to check the smell and he said he doesn’t want to come to check it. How rude is this? So I asked if I could speak to the duty manager and he said I could only speak to the manager on Monday as the manager is NOT working during the night time and weekend LOL. I’ve never seen a hotel like this before. We were then told by another receptionist that we could discuss about the compensation with the manager on Monday so we waited until Monday, and the manager said we can’t get any compensation from the awful rude customer service.I felt absolutely racist from the hotel and it’s our worst Hotel experience EVER.In addition, we stayed there 3 nights but they never cleaned the room during our stay. It’s not a hotel it’s worse than B&B Room.If you want to have a good trip in Munich, avoid to stay here. They ruin your whole trip from the beginning to the end.I WASTED MONEY ON THIS FAR AWAY AREA AND MY FIRST TIME IN MÜNICH WAS TERRIBLE.

If you want to find worst hotel ever, you just found him. My experience was really horrible, for start I was waiting approx 20 minutes for check in, it was super slow and unpleasant. After that I went to the room but room was not ready... back to the reception, waiting, and after that I just received information "it is mistake in the system, please wait 5 to 7 minutes". In real, after 50 minutes was room ready. It is not end, at 4:30 in the morning some man came to my room. After that I solve it on the reception and answer was "yes, we know, he was just checking if you are in the room". Are they kidding me? I am very often in hotels all over the world but this experience was absolutely unacceptable but apparently quite normal for this hotel. I ended my stay early after this first night. Terrible!!

dirty, to avoid: the carpet under the bed full of dust (I'm allergic). If you don't ask to clean the room they won't clean it (not even 1 star) and finally the rude staff... it seems like they are doing you a courtesy! not recommended

Really comfortable parking in a spacious hall under the hotel. Stylish and clean, big enough room. Splendid breakfast with healthy shots, detox water, omelett chef etc. Well located considering airport and access to downtown and Oktoberfest by Ubahn.

I'm usually not one to give bad reviews or complain about hotels, but I recently checked in to my hotel (booked 6 nights) and saw some bad things: walls badly painted, shower head damaged, wster faucet that sprinkles everywhere... But the absolute worse part is the towel has brown stains on it! Disgusting! And rust in a different place. Please see photos. I hope they will change my room tomorrow.
