We were very satisfied, only price/performance, including the price, was a bit too high for us...even if the sauna and the location were a highlight. The staff was also very friendly and helpful

Staff overwhelmed, bosses can only speak on the phone. Problems are ignored. Breakfast rolls are on the floor in the entrance area. Not recommended.

With this review I would like to refer to Juliane's review, written today on July 19th. And accordingly also to the answer from the owner. We also stayed in this hotel and therefore it is completely incomprehensible how the owner can claim that no one slept outside. There are more than enough witnesses for this.Yes, the two young men didn't come into their room at night, luckily they had the tent and at least didn't have to sleep on the street! And - I quote: "We immediately found a solution to this problem" - so by immediately I mean something different. It wasn't until the afternoon that the two of them got their things back from the hotel room. Until then it was always said that a locksmith wouldn't come until Monday. And that was disgraceful, to say the least.Equally unbelievable was the statement that the two of them could have taken a room in another hotel that night. There's really nothing more to say about it, I just don't have the words.Yes, things like this can happen, but then telling affected guests to lie and shift blame is unprofessional.Regarding breakfast that morning, I would just like to say that dishes were missing in some places at the table that had been hastily put together for us. I had to wait 15 minutes for a cup, but then I finally got one myself and was finally able to have one Drink coffee. And finally, I have one more question: Why did the gentleman at reception ask me on Friday when we wanted to have breakfast on Saturday and then tell me that a table was reserved for us at 7:30 a.m.? We stood in front of a locked breakfast room at 7:30 a.m., the rolls were still in bags on the floor! in the anteroom, because on weekends breakfast is only served from 8 a.m.It was also annoying for us, but ultimately it fits into the overall picture.

Absolute disaster! We had booked one night with breakfast because we were attending a wedding there. Several guests from the wedding party stayed there. The bride and groom have reserved an after-wedding breakfast for the next morning. Not only hotel guests but also guests from outside came. When we went to breakfast the employees looked at us haphazardly. They wouldn't know anything. Tables were quickly pushed together. I also stated that I was vegan when making the hotel reservation. Even with simple examples, because I know that many people can't relate to them. Again no one knew and I sat there, hungover, watching the others eat breakfast. It should now be standard practice to have at least one soy milk or something similar. In addition, two people couldn't get in with their key at night and had to sleep in front of the hotel's front door. The next morning they didn't come back to the room either. After all, there were the things in there that they had brought into the room when they checked in. They then said that they couldn't get their things today because there was no locksmith service today. I would also like to add that the air conditioning in the room hummed loudly all night long, even though it wasn't even turned on. I wonder how so much could go wrong. The highlight was that an employee said afterwards that it said that we had a reserved table and that they had simply forgotten to look at the agenda. You can only shake your head. By the way, I didn't have to pay for breakfast, which should be obvious. I asked for an accommodation because after a good party you really look forward to breakfast. I was offered a bottle of champagne. Ridiculous...Addendum, since the hotel replied: - There was never any mention of an entire room being rented. - I don't like to eat what I don't like and I don't drink black coffee either, which is why I specified my wishes when making the reservation. What else is this field for? - Yes, guests slept in front of the door, I'm not making that up. - It's nice that the guests got their things back, but that's still what was said to them in the morning

Expensive and not good at all! An old shower curtain in the bathroom; doesn't work at all. Next to the bed there was a high edge from the dessert at head height and finally fruit in the glass at breakfast, which was no longer edible.

Nice little hotel in a great location. Unfortunately we had a room with separate beds and my mattress was quite hard. Our room was very quiet. The breakfast buffet is very good, scrambled and fried eggs are freshly made and the Bircher muesli is extremely tasty.

Not worth €100 per night. No parking space at the hotel, hipster furnishings in the rooms, carelessly and sterilely designed. Inadequate lighting in the bathroom and showering in the bathtub with a shower curtain should no longer be the norm for many years!

A functional hotel with the charm of a rehabilitation clinic or youth hostel. Highlights are the excellent location (despite the main road) right at the entrance to the old town and the rich breakfast buffet. The staff was also very accommodating 👍🏻
