We had booked a double room, but there was only one blanket.One call, 10 minutes later everything was set up for two people and we were invited to breakfast.A wonderful service and very friendly staff!

A friendly hotel, functional, clean rooms. Simple but sufficient breakfast, the price calculation of which is impossible or difficult to understand. The location is good for visiting the city, there is enough parking space.Overall, good value for money, recommended.

First the positive, the receptionist was really friendly and helpful.Otherwise it's quite a failure. Room was booked via HRS. It is stated here that the rooms are air conditioned. This is not the case, there is only an "air well system" which is supposed to cool the supplied air. After that night it can be said that the system, if it really exists, doesn't work. By the way, you only find out about this once you have moved into the room.Since the hotel is on a busy main road, it is not helpful to open the window.In the first room the TV channels were completely mixed up, I found ARD on channel 86, ZDF somewhere around 200. The lady at reception then offered me another room, but unfortunately it was the same thing there. In the third room, at least the public channels were sorted and received to some extent. On the private channels the screen remained black with only a message saying “No CI module”. But there was entertainment through the phone calls in the next room, which I could hear 1:1.So definitely not a recommendation from me!

Centrally located, well-equipped hotel, just as suitable for business visits as for a few days off in Pfaffenhofen and the surrounding area. Very attentive employees, always careful and open to special requests.Rich breakfast buffet. Gladly again.

Great clean hotel with a good location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I find the generous breakfast buffet particularly worth mentioning. I also find the outdoor area with its awning very cozy in summer. If you ask nicely you might even have the chance to get to the great roof terrace.When visiting Pfaffenhofen, the Alea is definitely a good choice.

Nice hotel modernly furnished. I was there for 3 nights during a training course. Breakfast is very tasty and you have a good selection of different dishes. In three and four minutes you can be at the Christmas market.

Were there 10 days. Breakfast was great. One morning we had churros and another morning we had pancakesYou should go to the pool from morning to afternoon. Then the sun went away. But it wasn't bad, we went to the beach at 4 p.m. You're not allowed to bring your own food and drink to the pool, but it was so cheap that I was happy to buy it. room was super clean. staff was first class. my toilet was broken. By the time I got back in the evening it had been repaired. I also read reviews. Some complained it was too far from everything, but that's why we chose it so we could sleep well at night. bed was comfortable. There was always water and snacks at the reception. I would book again, great bus connection

Nice, cozy, high standard hotel off the beaten path. After his mistake, the staff, instead of explaining the situation fully, started serving new guests, which, due to the staff's fault, forced me to stand for 45 minutes, tired after work, wanting to take a hot shower.

Nice clean rooms.Friendly staff.No bar or restaurant, but a vending machine.Breakfast is rather small/limited, but good quality.The surrounding area is more industrial, but not ugly.

We spent one night there, it was very quiet and relaxing. The room is very clean, tidy and exactly matches the photos on the website. We arrived in the evening around 10:00 p.m., so the card was left in a very practical box with code at the entrance. The breakfast offered is very good with fresh products. I recommend this place.

Everything can be reached on foot. REWE directly opposite Kaufland, 5 minutes walk. The center is also a good 5 minutes away. Rooms are ok. Although my room faced the main street, I could hardly hear anything thanks to the good insulation. Bed was comfortable. WiFi was great. The entire staff was also very friendly and helpful.
