Unfortunately the mattresses were sagging and the rooms were very dirty, that's not possible. The room service didn't even change the towels... But the lady at the reception was very friendly at all times, the breakfast was also OK. The hotel is also very nicely located near Blutenburg Castle in the countryside.

A little older but everything is fine and absolutely clean. Well located on the highway if you come from the north or west. You can get to the city quickly with public transport. Edeka, bakery, gas station nearby. Good overall picture!

Dear people,Here, events of dubious truth are obviously described and assessed with the highest possible moral labels. The portrayal of the travelers and their colleague does not seem credible to me. All business travelers should know that and how to fill out registration forms. Constructing a “racist” scandal out of this is not very helpful. Whether we like it or not: living together is the task.

The beds were excellent, the service was exceptionally accommodating, the breakfast was elaborate and delicious, and there is a bus stop right out front, and a tram station within a 5 minute walk, for an easy 20-30 minutes to downtown Munich! We loved our stay- wish it would have been for longer!

Terrible customer service. Avoid if you can. Booked for one night family stay. Flight delayed. Arrived at 2130 an hour later than planned. Not made to feel welcome. Host was so rude we decided not to stay. Despite not having an alternative booked and two young children asleep in the car. So glad we didn’t stay and found somewhere else.

Structure located towards the outskirts of Munich, but still in the M zone (the one in the centre, if you travel by public transport). The unattended parking is located in front of the hotel or in the adjacent streets, along the road. In front of the hotel there is a bus stop that takes you to the centre: the buses in Munich are very punctual, the purchase of tickets is possible with the machines on board each bus or tram, buying a daily ticket per family allows you to turn easily without moving the car. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach several restaurants.The structure resembles a mountain hotel, without a lift or air conditioning: however, despite the high temperatures outside, the room was airy. Not very large, but clean and with wardrobes, comfortable beds and above all a nice shower, hangers for towels and a functional bathroom: after a whole day discovering the city at 33°C, the shower and bed are the most important elements of the room ! The lady at the reception is very kind and gives you all the necessary advice. In addition to the lounge, the veranda or internal courtyard are available for breakfast (sweet and savory, included)

Hotel Neuner is highly recommended, our room was a bit older in style but very clean with good mattresses, the bathroom was small, functional, great shower head, very hot water. With a view of the inner courtyard, it's nice and quiet at night despite good transport connections.We were thrilled by the breakfast buffet and the extremely friendly service. Everything was very clean and pleasant in the breakfast room, and we had a nice dining table in the winter garden.
