We spent 1 night there, the room has everything you need. Only the toilet makes a very loud noise when you flush, the curtains are loose and a lot of light comes through so we woke up early, at 10:00 PM it had to be quiet in the building, which was difficult. For the rest it was fine

Nice clean accommodation so far.However, parking is a bit more difficult as there are apparently not enough parking spaces for the number of rooms available.Kitchen is well equipped but only the microwave can be used as pots and pans are missing.When it comes to TV, the offer with Netflix is ​​very good, but there is no other TV program where you can watch the news.And the zdf offered by the live stream hacks or fails.

Worthless. Lots of noise from children living under the room. Crying screaming until 10pm. Flushing the toilet with a terrible sound of some kind of grinder that vibrates so much that the toilet seat rattles. (Unfortunately, I only realized afterwards that this amplified the sound.) so it is very disturbing at night. Very bad bed, rock hard and pillows as thin as a towel. Edges of shower cabin also not cleanTV only disturbing channels and the manager has to turn them off at 10 p.m.Breakfast between 7 and 8 am but there was nothing so we left without breakfast.Never written a bad review before, but this stay was once and never again.

The guesthouse is located in a very narrow residential area just outside Munich, the S-Bahn is nearby, but everything else is only possible by car. The rooms are small, functional and clean. Bed dimensions only 90cm wide, quite narrow. Parking spaces are available, unfortunately no drinks are available at all (1 bottle of 0.5 still water, thank you!), no one on site where you could get something if necessary. Completely okay for 1-2 days, the large kitchen can be used, as can the refrigerator. TV had poor picture and sound quality.Be careful, extremely narrow, steep stairs, the handrail is wobbly, very uncomfortable, the TÜV would close this stairwell immediately, risk of accidents and then no one is there...

The sink is too shallow to wash your hands properly, so there is enough space underneath for your legs when using the toilet. The bed very much! narrow, too low and too hard, the use of the kitchen and behavior in the room are rigorously regulated (stove, oven and dishwasher not to be used, the kitchen not to be used after 9 p.m., only short time slots during the day), but what is outrageous is that, given the price, not only There is no breakfast, but the room is not cleaned, the towels are changed, and the trash cans are not emptied. In itself a very nice, quiet house. Room for 2 people to sleep is completely sufficient. There is a well-equipped shared kitchen. Coffee and tea free for all guests.Refrigerator with its own compartment available.Room and bathroom clean.Unfortunately there are negative points for the location.Due to changes to the rail network, getting to Munich was a bit annoying. The house can be reached from the Sbahn in 10 minutes on foot. In terms of shopping, things also look very bad without a car. I would definitely recommend a car. There are no taxis either. Only from Dachau and they charge €15 for the journey.Completely sufficient over the weekend.But if you plan to stay longer and rely on public transport to commute to Munich, I would advise you to spend a few euros more and look for something centrally.Price/performance overall top 👌
