Because my friend lives nearby, I booked this hotel to check in. It was self-check-in at 11:00 pm on the night of check-in. There was no one in the hotel. …

It was a really good experience. I arrived in the evening and the owner was very attentive, calling me and leaving everything ready for me. The breakfast was very complete and the room very nice. 100% recommendable.

The apartment we booked could be very nice if it wasn't noticeably worn out, as the hotel as a whole is getting old.Loose cables, defective roller shutters, paint that is clearly peeling off on the wooden parts and the like are negatively noticeable. The pictures on the homepage promise a completely different room quality.Due to the time of year it was very warm, but at night no windows could be opened because there were no fly screens and a lot of mosquitoes came into the apartment. Needs improvement for a lakeside hotel. The service unfortunately matched the quality of the room. The bathroom was not cleaned well. There were dirty cutlery in the dishwasher and a spider that made itself comfortable there. The staff and the owner were not open to criticism and lacked insight. We looked for alternative accommodation for the second night.A positive aspect is that the hotel is dog-friendly.

Right on the lake, small but clean rooms, completely sufficient, breakfast is all there, you can always find something. Coffee is made fresh. Friendly employees, fair price

That wasn't a brilliant achievementWe were a large group of almost 20 people and reserved the rooms we needed en bloc.Unfortunately, the actual shabby and 90s charm doesn't match the pictures on the operator's website.A mini bathroom where the door also opens into the bathroom - I'm tall and without a stomach, but I still barely knew how to get on the toilet seat in there. I don't have to write about loose towel rails and cut silicone joints on the toilet ceramics...The toilet seat was loose and crooked - a guest should be able to expect this to be installed properly. It's all a question of price - but just under €300 in this condition for 2 people including "breakfast".The breakfast cost €12.90 per person per day - the selection did not correspond to the price - even if a generous inflation standard was applied. The children aged 7 were also charged €12.90 for the small bowl of cereal.Even considering inflation and the EM EURO2024, this is not justified.Sorry - despite a beautiful view - we will NOT come back and definitely NOT recommend it.For just under €300 and 2 nights with breakfast - other providers can do that better and/or cheaper. It's a shame - a bad aftertaste for a long-planned weekend with family and friends...

Price performance was not good. 130€ per night and 12.50€ per person for breakfast, where the choice consists of 2x toppings or muesli/yoghurt. Despite a beautiful portafilter machine, the espresso and cappuccino are drawn from a machine. The surcharge was simply far too high because of EM. Not a single fan far and wide.Rooms are getting old. Our bathroom was tiny. Nice view over the lake.Would stay somewhere else next time.

We arrived with several people (approx. 16 guests) and had several rooms. We found out about the prices in advance by phone. We were told a price of just under €250 for two adults and two children for a total of two nights. At check out they asked for €461. I almost collapsed from terror. Must be the European Championship serve...Breakfast just under €13, for an extremely small selection. That `s not worth it. Children pay in full...We feel a bit ripped off and will definitely not be coming back.

Rooms are getting old and for €130 they are clearly too old or no longer representative. The breakfast for €12.9 is clearly excessive and cheeky. Charging children under 7 €12.9 for a bowl of cereal is also outrageous. We wouldn't book it again. It's a shame the pictures online left an impression.Even when booking multiple rooms, no discount was given.A reference to the European Championships and games in Munich are not a convincing argument given the location in Ebersberg and over 1 km from the train station.A pity.
