This hotel is a 6-7 minute walk from Station S. There is also a bus stop at the door (take 2 stops to transfer to U), so traveling is very convenient. There are rewe, LIDL, and DM within a 6-minute walk. …

We would like to thank the friendly staff.. David, Viet, Veronica and the nice guy from Morocco (sorry I forgot your name!)The breakfast has a lovely spread of a fruit, various breads, cheeses, cream cheeses, a variety of milk (with non lactose), meat, eggs, cereal, jams and more... Great coffee.I liked the mini hotel gym and the reception area.Overall the hotel is compact and so are the rooms but they are well cleaned everyday.Mind you, the rooms aren't very sound proof, so if you are in a room with "active partners" in the next room, you are in for a lot of entertainment :D.. You might even get competitive!! :D :D XD >)

Unfortunately, the hotel is the last when it comes to service and cancellation policy via Booking.com. (Booking.com makes an effort, but the hotel doesn't cooperate in the event of a wrong booking, even though we followed all the instructions from the staff on site and even stayed there overnight for ATTENTION: 3.5 times the price)I can only recommend everyone to give this hotel chain a wide berth. When there is a problem, they completely ignore things for no reason instead of responding to customer requests. Incredibly incompetent booking management like this. The customer is king is NOT capitalized here.It's not exactly the best area in the area either. Industrial charm...My personal experience.

Extremely anonymous stay (hardly anyone to be found at the reception in the evenings, email from Tripadvisor probably didn't arrive due to the extremely late arrival), the only legal means of payment (= cash!!) …

Unfortunately the standards are more like a hostel than a four star hotel (self-assigned rating on booking.com)The rooms are extremely small and the mattresses are covered with a waterproof cover like in cheap hostels.The kitchen cannot be used because there are no cutlery, plates, etc. available.The cleanliness is OK and the cardless system works. The location is not that great.The standard is more like a ** hotel or a good hostel.

There is a wired window to restroom, housekeeping opened door WITHOUT knocking and could see perfectly in bathroom where I was changing. Later walking down the hallway someone was running with a giant cart and almost knocked me over. He should walk in front of cart to avoid hitting people.This hotel shouldn't be able to list "air conditioner" as an amenity, because there is ZERO air flow. Even after leaving on all day, it did nothing. We had to sleep with window all the way open. All night people were loud, big trucks drove by, then buses started at 5am sharp.Also the pillows fall completely flat no matter what you do.

Paid hundreds of dollars to stay here and the girl at the front named Caroline refused to serve anyone and shut the mini market / bar at 9 PM on a Friday night because she was in a bad mood. Easily could have sold us the beer sitting in the fridge but refused everyone. We asked where we could go to buy beer elsewhere and she dismissed us and was incredibly unhelpful. Wish I’d stayed somewhere else
