Our vacation with two children (4+6) was very nice. The children really enjoyed everything.The stable work, the play barn, the vehicles to play with, no matter what, there is always something to do no matter what the weather is.The hosts are also very welcoming and make sure everyone has a great holiday.Thank you again for the lovely time.We enjoyed it very much.

Our stay at the Edmeierhof was an unforgettable experience for the whole family! As soon as we arrived, we were impressed by the warm atmosphere and the rustic but comfortably furnished rooms. The combination of old wooden beams, lovingly selected farm furniture and modern amenities created an inviting and warm atmosphere that immediately invited you to relax.A particular joy for the children was the opportunity to help with the stable work. Under expert guidance, they learned how to feed cows, chickens and care for the ponies. These practical experiences not only gave them a lot of fun, but also taught them how to treat animals and nature respectfully.Every day on the farm offered new discoveries. From collecting eggs in the chicken coop to having a campfire in the evening with stick bread and stories – there was never a dull moment here. The daily changing activity program, which was offered for both children and adults, always kept us entertained and gave us an insight into real country life.The Edmeierhof is a real insider tip for families who want to experience country life up close without sacrificing comfort. Here everyone will find something that excites them, be it through active participation in farm events or through exploring the idyllic surroundings. We will definitely come back!

We were allowed to be guests at the Edmeierhof for 10 days in June. There were five of us there (mom, dad, 2 sons aged 3 and 5 and grandma). We were warmly welcomed by Rosi Holzner. She showed us the farm and all its possibilities and was always available for us if we needed anything or had any questions.Everything on the farm is very well maintained and in good to very good condition.Our apartment (5 stars) was well equipped and very clean. Everything is very stylish and lovingly furnished. The double room is also nice and ours is ideal as an additional room for a family constellation.The outdoor facilities with a fleet of vehicles in the large yard, swimming pond and playground are really great. There is something here for all ages and it never gets boring. The spacious indoor play area is also well equipped. You can easily bridge a rainy day here. On the lower floor it's more for the little ones and upstairs for the older ones with table tennis, air hockey, table football and a pool table. In addition to these opportunities, the Holzner family also offers to help with daily stable work or to bake bread or rolls together. There are pony rides and campfires with stick bread, and so on.The activities don't actually stop. It was a wonderful holiday for us and we can only warmly recommend the Edmeierhof.

We went on holiday at the Edmeierhof for the fourth time this year. And for the fourth time it was just perfect. The Holzner family has created a great holiday paradise. The apartments are well furnished, modern and super clean. The vehicle hall was a constant favorite with our boys. Working in the stable is also fun and you become part of the family in the colorful holiday program. You can tell how much passion there is in the farm here.We will be back definitely!

It's simply a place where we feel completely comfortable and can always recharge our batteries ☺️Why we feel so comfortable at the Edmeierhof:* The Holzner family as warm hosts create a relaxed atmosphere* the lovingly designed and maintained yard and the high-quality and tastefully furnished holiday apartments* Thanks to the many play options for all ages, indoors and outdoors, it never gets boring* The countless excursion options have a high recreational value for us (Chiemsee, Tachinger See, mountains, outdoor pool, Ruhpolding amusement park, Oberreith wildlife park, etc.) all reachable by car in 10 - 45 minutesWhat makes this holiday special is that the personal atmosphere on the farm means you can talk to other families quickly and easily. Be it for a spontaneous dinner together in the garden or when the children are in bed for a beer in the cozy common rooms. The Edmeierhof is a family-run farm. The holiday apartments are charmingly furnished and very clean.In addition to the stable work, the children can feed the small animals, collect eggs and ride ponies. Our kids could hardly be gotten off the trampoline. But also driving children's vehicles, playing football, campfires with stick bread,They loved harvesting hay or swimming in the pond. There was always something to experience, also thanks to the other 5 families.We adults liked to sit together in the evenings around the campfire or winter garden to talk, laugh and watch fireflies.During the day, the Edmeierhof offers a good starting point for trips to the lakes or the mountains.It's just a great place for all family members.We will definitely come back.

We (husband, wife, daughter 1 (9 years old), daughter 2 (2 years old)) were at the Edmeierhof over Easter. It was the best vacation we have ever had. The children didn't want to leave at all. Other guests who were there at the same time as us actually spontaneously extended the stay because they liked it so much. Our apartment was very comfortably furnished and clean. Breakfast was also great. The entire farm is very well maintained and lovingly designed. The hosts are very warm and the atmosphere on the entire farm is relaxed and pleasant. Overall, a 100% authentic farm holiday as we had imagined. There are also numerous excursion destinations in the area. The tour through the Berchtesgaden salt mine is particularly recommended.

We smell like we're on holiday at the Edmaier Hof for a week. We felt very comfortable. Our almost 2 year old son got his money's worth.In the stable, the children were allowed to bring hay to the cows with wheelbarrows, brooms and shovels. The children were also allowed to feed pigs, chickens and goats. Rosi made sure every day that every child had a turn and that there was variety in who was responsible. No child was left out. Very attentive.There were many vehicles waiting outside for the children, but also for the adults. So you could have a lot of fun and exercise in the large yard. There was also a great playground to play in. There were sandals in the sandpit so the children could get started right away.The swimming lake was very nicely laid out.The play barn also offered something for young and old. Very lovingly designed.The Bambini sign was also beautifully done, so the children were very proud when they received their certificate.Driving the tractor was fun for everyone.Since our son loved watching farmer Grandpa drive his tractor, he was allowed to ride along with him.Totally uncomplicated and open for the children. We didn't expect it at all.Riding the pony was also a highlight every day.We had booked breakfast as well. There was enough choice so that everyone found something. Our son got a face painted on his breakfast egg. I found that really cute. We didn't miss anything.The facilities were also great. If something was missing you could ask Rosi about it straight away. She was also able to help with trip tips.It was generally a warm atmosphere. Very child-friendly and close to families.We can only warmly recommend it and would come back at any time. :-)

Everything is just right here. As soon as you arrive, you will be warmly welcomed with a piece of cake and coffee. This is how the vacation can begin. There are great activity opportunities for little and big kids here. From working together in the stables to pony riding. When the weather is bad, Rosi even does crafts with the children. There is a huge fleet of vehicles for the children and much more. Last year we went on holiday with Rosi and Thomas at the Edmeierhof. Our older daughter talked about the great vacation with Rosi and Thomas all year long. This year we are here for the second time and will come back again and again in the next few years. Thank you very much for your commitment and the warmth with which you welcome us and the other guests. If we could we would give it 7 stars. All the best for your coronation

Beautiful farm. There is simply nothing missing. Every day there is stable work for the children, the highlight being pony riding afterwards. The apartments are of a very good standard and are lovingly furnished. The entire yard is very clean and beautifully landscaped. The hosts Rosi and Thomas are very warm and always ready for a chat.This was our second time here and we would love to come back 🧡
