Located a little outside.Rooms at the back are pretty close to the train tracks, so it's better to keep the windows closed.Ambience and rooms clean and tidy.Well suited for a weekend.

For a hotel in the state capital of Munich, shockingly miserable.The reception was very friendly.Once you get to the room, you quickly notice how the hotel is run.As a guest, they play a supporting role at best.Starting with a hanging shelf, a worktop with burnt cooking pot marks, a chair with a brown stain, some of the interior is missing in the bathroom, paint on the door frame is peeling off, air conditioning doesn't work.Unfortunately, when we first looked into the bathroom we realized that we weren't alone in the room - a tenant called a cockroach/amber wood cockroach was just running up the tiled wall.After about an hour we counted 5 more.Room change! (410 to 408)Smaller category with extra bed. The employee apologized and assured us that the hotel manager would contact us personally within the next day.This room was also neglected and left to its own devices.The ceiling lighting was inadequately attached, the paint on the bathroom door was damaged, and the curtain was torn down.The next morning we discovered young animals here too.In/at the breakfast area, windows were cleaned right next to guests eating. (Enjoy your meal - please do not disturb the cleaning staff)After 14 days...Unfortunately, any contact with the hotelier was unsuccessful.We would have liked to have clarified the matter this way.

At first glance this hotel looks really nice. But never judge a book by its covers, because this book is literally one of the worst. It doesn't take more than opening the first page (door to the room) to realize this place is not as sleep friendly as you would thought; The room has no air and no air condition at all (even though for example Google says there is). It has this unit to turn on air but it is not on. So you'll need to open up the window to be able to breath.The beds are a nightmare too, rock solid would work, but rock solid with strings poking your back here and there...? Not really.Since sleeping without a window open is out of the question, here comes the next problem; the next door logistics company starts working at 06.30 in the morning and it is LOUD and its not going to stop... So trying to fall asleep after that? Good luck. It is impossible to get air and a dark room at the same time and with that horrid noice you'll have a perfect cocktail of wake-you-up (see videos for examples of the noice).There is literally nothing close to the hotel, and to take the metro/train is ten minutes of walking.Since the primary task for a hotel to achieve is to give their customers a good night of sleep... I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel, and I would definitely NOT return.

For the Adele concert in Munich we booked 2 nights in a double and a single room. I understand that during major events hotel prices are somewhat higher than normal. But when you pay almost 900 euros for 2 nights, you expect something. Unfortunately, I didn't think the hotel was worth the money at all.Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and well appointed. Unfortunately, the rooms are not cleaned during your stay. I had to ask twice for extra towels before I got them. The rooms do not have air conditioning. During our stay it was around 25 degrees during the day and at night with the window open it was still manageable in terms of warmth. But I can imagine that if it is really hot, the rooms are also too warm.Unfortunately the shower was broken. There was no way the hose remained attached to the shower head, which made showering difficult. Immediately reported this to reception. Unfortunately, the mechanic was not present over the weekend and someone would only be able to come and take a look at it on Monday. Furthermore, they were completely booked so changing rooms was not possible. Because we were already leaving on Sunday, he would see if they still had a spare shower head. I haven't heard anything more about this. Because the shower hose kept coming loose, the bathroom floor was completely wet. Which made the lack of clean towels and cleaning even more annoying.Furthermore, the hotel was fine. The cocktails in the bar were excellent and there are board games available. You can park in the parking garage for 10 euros per day and you can walk to the station in 10 minutes.If we could stay here for the normal amount there would have been nothing wrong with it. But for the amount we had to pay for 3 people for 2 nights, I should have expected something more.

I paid an extra premium surcharge. The desired room was apparently not available (even though it was ordered four months in advance). The sagging sofa was stained. Rooms small and narrow. I've lived better there. Again?

The hotel is well located and is perfectly connected to public transport. The service is nice and seems competent. The rooms are spacious (studio with kitchenette). Unfortunately the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Chewing gum on the side table, dust -🐭 in the corners on the floor. The bathrooms look good as of 3:58 p.m. More details in the pictures. In addition, one of the pillows smells strongly of sweat. Maybe it was transported under the armpit 🤷🏽♂️

Positive: Industrial style, wooden floors in the rooms, comfortable bed, walk-in shower, large shelf for suitcases, underground parking is generous and okay at 10 euros, but you can also park on the street/side streets for free.Negative: a little more cheese/sausage selection would be very desirable (raw ham and 3 cheeses in a row, that's it), definitely not worth 19 euros, probably well suited for vegans/vegetarians, long waiting time for coffee...only one machine.. .and we were outside of rush hour, gluten-free option only slices of bread, doors slam very loudly and overall a bit noisy.

Everything okay, no highlights, underground car park large and cheap. I find it difficult when service is reduced (room cleaning only every 3 days) - and this is supposedly done for environmental reasons. Just be honest: “We don’t have the staff or money for it.”

Hotel with the charm of an S-Bahn station combined with a youth hostel.The rooms are large with high ceilings, but are very coldly furnished in an “industrial” look: high concrete ceilings, gray walls, a few small gray pictures. There were no “amenities” of any kind: no slippers, no bathroom amenities, no mini-bar. Instead of a cupboard, there are two brass tubes for hanging things. The bathroom is sufficiently large and clean. The view is of office and workshop buildings. The price is OK for Munich at EUR 125 per night in an “upscale” room, without breakfast (no trade fair, no Oktoberfest), but not super cheap either.The location: You are in Obergiesing-Fasanengarten in the commercial area. Giesing train station is 800 meters away, which is quite far in heavy rain. I arrived at the hotel 2 hours late thanks to the train and soaked thanks to the rain and was hungry. Unfortunately there is only one bar in the hotel with no food on offer. The snack machine in the basement only accepts counted change. There are a few restaurants nearby, but they are rather poor snack bars and at late hours (9 p.m.) most of them are already closed. The area is not exactly the prettiest district in Munich. More like offices and car workshops (commercial area). If you want to go out, you have to travel far: for example to Münchner Freiheit or to the city center.Check-in was quick and there isn't much to explain. You're immediately called on your first name, you have to like that.At the bar in the evening the waitress had already been busy for 10 minutes with two cocktails. Accordingly, there was little desire for a second one.You can save on breakfast (EUR 19): the scrambled eggs were cold, the pot with soft-boiled eggs was constantly empty and was only refilled after 30 minutes, as was the carafe with orange juice, you looked for small coffee spoons in vain, the rolls were for that Hard as a rock, the "sausage selection" was limited to one type of cheap-tasting smoked ham, but there was hummus in three flavors, the coffee from a single machine (long queue) was average, thin machine coffee.Anyone looking for white sausages, pancakes or bacon, for example, will be disappointed. That's what lettuce leaves are for.I preferred to eat my second breakfast somewhere else on Sunday. When I canceled my second breakfast, there was no question as to why. It's a shame, that would have been an opportunity to take customer requests into account and improve something.In short: For the price there are better hotels in a better location, with better service and better offers. I can't understand the many good reviews. The rooms in other hotels with a comparable price may be smaller or a little older, but the breakfast, service and location are generally good.

This is an excellent hotel, clean and quiet and very close to public transport. The staff were excellent and friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommended. The bar area is also very spacious and a good place to meet up with friends.

Clean and modernly furnished room.Personally speaking, I had bad luck with my choice of room. Mine was right on the ground floor at the entrance. So you constantly have guests standing in front of the window and to get some privacy you have to close the curtains all day long. Not exactly nice.The bathroom, on the other hand, is very clean and has a walk-in shower.The breakfast buffet is very varied and delicious.
