I have stayed here 4 times. I booked a suite twice because I was traveling with my family, but unfortunately the suites were fully booked and I got a downgrade without a refund of the difference because I booked through Expedia. The staff was unfriendly. But the breakfast was good so we'll come back. That was the time when the hotel was still called Inside by Melia.Last weekend we stayed there again for one night, the hotel is now called Four Munich. Staff is finally friendly and the receptionist even offered us an upgrade for free after hearing our dissatisfaction. We didn't accept the offer because our children weren't there. But next time I'd like to go with children.Breakfast is still very good even better. Bed is comfortable. You can park for free on the street. Otherwise, the hotel also has a garage for a fee. We'd love to come back now.

The Four Point Munich Messe was previously an Inside Melia Hotel.Positive:Reception was friendly and quick. Rooms large and clean. Breakfast fresh omelet. Weisswurst etc. Nespresso machine in the room. Price cheap 87 eurosNegative:You can tell the age of the hotel. Charm of a youth hostel. Who the hell thinks that a glass shower in the middle of a double room is a good idea? There is no privacy. The bedside table is set back at an angle, difficult to reach and the lamp is firmly mounted in the middle of the path in front of it.Outlook:If there is a letter in the room, renovations are planned soon. According to the manager, 1.5 million euros invested.Conclusion: Cheap and clean, but for the price there is also the Moxy and that is more chic. Modernization really needed after the takeover.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the check-in, the service was terrible. The reception staff didn’t provide any basic information about the hotel, its services, or schedules, which caused a lot of confusion. Additionally, despite having the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door, the cleaning staff insisted on knocking to clean, disturbing my rest in two different occasions.But the most serious issue was that theygave the keys to my room to another guest, who entered while I was in the open shower so he saw me inside as he opened my room door. This is unacceptable and puts the safety of guests at risk. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel and hope they improve in the future, as these mistakes are unforgivable."

I booked a Suite and i get a Standard Room. The Standard Room is very old fashioned. Every modern hostel have nicer rooms than that.(I booked Innside by Melia - but all the contracts have to be fulfilled bei Four Munich now).It is a total chaos!
