Completely impersonal. And you're just unlucky when the Georgian national team scores a goal for the first time. Then we celebrate with all the theater until 4 ooh in the morning. It doesn't bother the owner. You have to go somewhere else for breakfast - OK.There is also no invoice despite request. Everything is pretty far from professional.

Based on positive Google and Booking reviews we decided to spend one night here while en route, on a hot day so we were looking forward to sleeping with air-conditioning. We arrived quite late in the evening to find no checkin desk and having to call the manager who arrived after about 5 minutes. He quickly showed us the room in what appeared to be an apartment building rather than a hotel and on the spot we had to pay tourist tax, in cash, which we were not told about when booking. Somehow we had expected a better welcome. The room was not very satisfactory, especially the not very well functioning and loudly rattling air-conditioning and the view of a brick wall were quite disappointing. The breakfast was in a nearby restaurant which was fine, and the location is very central. Just a pity that we had to pay for our car parking which was also a 5 minute walk. Overall not bad, but we had expected a slightly better experience based on all the good reviews.

Forgetting your room card in your room has probably happened to everyone. You can also lose it or it is broken. Woe bet you get to the hotel after midnight. The door is then closed and the telephone number that is large at the entrance just rings, even after countless calls - no one answers. So it was a special experience having to check into another hotel with friends in the freezing cold and having to pay for an extra night. The following day around 10 a.m. the cleaning lady only came into my room - the reception (actually a small restaurant on the ground floor) was not occupied, so I couldn't complain directly.WHAT IS NOT APPROPRIATE AT ALL is the fact that I then asked in writing to at least be reimbursed for the night and received the following succinct, customer-unfriendly answer. Original: "Hello, I'm very sorry. Our reception is open from 7:00 a.m. to midnight. It has never happened to us that a guest couldn't get in. Kind regards..."Now it had happened... and someone completely didn't understand customer service and complaint management. So if you come back before midnight then it's a nice guesthouse with nice rooms. If the card is not at hand or is broken, then you are out of luck and the operator doesn't care.

Room: Nicely designed, everything you need is there. Unfortunately the window opens into a light well, so no view.Bathroom accessible for disabled people, therefore functional, but not chic.Breakfast: clear, lots of individual packaging. Unfortunately only the cheapest baked rolls, which were probably counted out. When we asked when we would get more (we had eaten 1 small roll each) we apologized that they were empty. Too many rolls would have already been eaten. As an alternative there were individually packaged croissants, which unfortunately had expired. (print on the foil)This shouldn't happen given the extremely high overnight prices. It's a shame that this spoiled the overall stay.

It is an extraordinary hotel. Everything new, silent, with respect for everything and with extraordinary elegance and quality. The new room and the bed from another planet in size and quality of sleep. Roland, the host, is charming and you can see his hand in all the details, and he also speaks Spanish. The perfect breakfast in a perfect dining room at a perfect time with perfect light and with perfect company. Excellent products. Even the trip to the car park is luxurious. IT IS ONE OF THOSE HOTELS THAT MAKE YOU BE A GOOD AND HAPPY PERSON
