-- CAUTION!: Outrageously loud! --The permanent residents (owners?) on the second floor show zero consideration for their guests and are loudly shouting and trampling late into the night and early in the morning. They don't understand German or English. How can you run a guesthouse like that?! I can well imagine that none of their guests will come a second time. Internet used to work like that too. Only bad.

Dirty, the beds are a joke. Only toilet in the stairwell and tiny shower in the basement. Kitchen dirty. An old towel (more like a disgusting rag) in the closet. Far too noisy. Complete disaster

Okay for the price, rooms are clean and WiFi works great. The kitchen and shared bathrooms/toilets could be cleaner. Location good, gas station, supermarket and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Parking isn't a problem either.

The room facilities are absolutely fine for the price. But!!! For 10 rooms, 2 showers and three toilets. Absolute disaster!!! Normally you should at least be able to expect the showers and toilets to be cleaned during the day. But because of that. Not recommended for trade fair visitors who only spend the night there.

Two very small showers in the basement for many rooms. WC on the mezzanine. The rest is great. Purely. I recommend

Unfortunately, not a single room with a bath/shower (only 1 shower for all rooms in the basement, area of the service staff), no towels in the rooms and a rude landlord (only available by phone), on-site service …

If you just need a roof over your head, that's enough, but you won't get anything more there.The owners were very loud until midnight and the toilet was not clean. There was also a strong smell of spicy food all day long.The bed and the desk in the room were damaged, which didn't affect the bed. However, the desk was missing a piece of the table top, so it was turned upside down against the wall. But you could still use it for eating.

Ridiculous. The beds are bad, the shower has electrical cables sticking out and is filthy, the oven and dishwasher are broken, it is super noisy, and the sofa is torn. It's fine that you're on a low budget, but this was just degrading. Do not stay here!!!

Hostel standard. Comfortable beds, small shared kitchen in the basement. Some of the building's structural elements are low, including a ceiling beam at the entrance to the kitchen and a sloping roof in the attic rooms, so you need to be careful. About 20 minutes on foot from the historic center. A good place for one night and a break in your journey. Parking in front of the building for 2, max 3 cars.

Not recommended.For 10 rooms only 2 showers and 2 toilets??? Has anyone heard about Igiene???There were no details about the rooms and their condition online. If you think there isn't at least a mini bathroom in the room, that's it
