The room was extremely dirty, our bed frame had yellow-brown stains. The mattresses and bed sheets had huge yellow stains.The water in the bathroom didn't drain and ants and insects came out of every corner.We called the reception and they said it wasn't a problem, so the cleaning lady came and just changed the bed sheets.The reception was also very unfriendly and said that my complaint was intentional and that I just wanted to give a bad review.The only positive thing about this hotel is that there is a direct SBahn stop.We checked out after a few hours and booked something else.It was not possible to sleep there, and I don't recommend such a hotel even to my worst enemy.

DANGER!!! HANDS OFF!!!Deserves 0 stars...Complete condition: catastrophicIt's unbelievable that something like this can be called a hotel, normally you should be paid to stay there and not the other way around!There is no reception (just a small desk in a niche next to the stairs.If anyone is wondering what the rooms look like...I arrived on Sunday and the bed in the so-called "hotel room" had a bad slatted frame.Since there is a bell at the oh-so-great reception, but this only serves to let some music echo through the building (you wait in vain for staff), I called the cell phone number marked.At first they didn't understand my problem, then they apologized and asked me to please put the mattress on the floor to sleep on it, after all it was Sunday and you couldn't contact the "caretaker" again until Monday.Apart from all that... you can't breathe in the rooms, despite the huge windows!There is carpet everywhere. It was a whopping 24.7 degrees despite the windows being wide open (only 17.5 degrees outside).So if you like a sauna and do NOT need a decent bed for the night, you will have a good time there.You should also think carefully about showering. If you don't have a large towel in your luggage to dry off with, you'll have to make do with a small hand towel.There is also no anti-slip mat or similar. So very dangerous. It would also be advisable NOT to take the shower hand shower out of the support bar, as it wobbles happily back and forth on the wall. Anyone who is out of the norm (in terms of height and/or weight) won't fit in the shower anyway.

I can only advise anyone who is planning to book this hotel not to do so. Dirty rooms, the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. Ice cold water that you can't even take a shower. THE staff doesn't understand a word of German. I booked with breakfast and I didn't even get that. The owners' license would have to be revoked
