Anyone who can read has a clear advantage: We only realized on site that the room key was handed over via a safe and were initially at a loss in front of the locked door because no one answered the number given. …

Plus point for the location, as the hotel is right on the Weser and the beds were very comfortable. However, we were pretty disappointed with the room in general: it was in the basement, the windows were dirty so you could hardly open them without getting dirty, and new insects came in every night. From large garden spiders to woodlice, everything was there. Even when checking in it wasn't really clean. The tub was dusty and there were spider spiders and webs in every corner and even on the coat hook, which is really not very appetizing. The bathroom door couldn't even be closed and the tiles were cracked in some places. The joints in the bathroom were also porous and some of them looked black. The existing WiFi didn't really work in the basement and the TV sounded completely distorted from the speakers the whole time, so you couldn't enjoy watching it.The staff was almost never present and there wasn't even a proper reception. We were very disappointed for this room price because the price-performance ratio was absolutely not right.

The hotel is located directly on the Weser and not far from the stadium. It's very clean there and the rooms are very nice. You don't see much staff there, only at breakfast time. The buffet is small in the morning, but there is something for everyone. I just didn't like the coffee, it was too bitter. The hotel is recommended.

It's nice, but if in the morning the hammer drill was attached to the wall of your room and the anchor hook for the scaffolding that was then raised was accompanied by loud comments from the workers, then you would think that it would have been fair to mention that. Greetings Olli

Quaint and well located hotel! We had booked a tower room with a guaranteed view of the Weser and were looking forward to the view of the Weser and a beautiful panoramic view. Unfortunately the tower room turned out to be a room on the ground floor. Of course you can see the Weser if you look past the bush in front of the window, but we imagined something different under a tower room. We were a little disappointed.By the way, this is my first hotel where you enter the room through the bathroom. Unfortunately the shower didn't work properly on the first day. That was then fixed.Otherwise the hotel is nice with very friendly breakfast staff. Otherwise we didn't see anyone from the hotel staff. The location is good and we would go there again, but then we wouldn't book a "tower" room anymore.

Never again! Arrived in cool weather. Check-in is impersonal. Room with large hallway and bathroom. It's freezing cold! We don't feel particularly welcome as guests. We drove several hours and booked days ago. Only in the bathroom is the radiator a little warm. Received a recommendation over the phone to turn the radiators all the way up. We wouldn't have figured it out on our own. But if you are expecting guests, you should do this beforehand. Hours later it's still not really warm. The cold creeps through the walls. In between we go outside. That's not exactly easy either. The first outside door from the inside is locked; it cannot be unlocked with our key. We're locked up in a hotel with no one to contact, so we call service again. We should go into the basement and then turn left; there is also an exit there. But he isn't. That's on the right. After we returned it was still very cold in the room. We were aware of the location on a busy road. The interior has been spruced up nicely for the photos online. In fact, everything is very shabby. The room is clean, the bed is okay.
