Room is beautifully designed. It's not your typical Hotelroom.Location is close to the Baden Casino.The Restaurant at the hotel is Moriki, which is a fabulous restaurant to collaborate with. We had Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at Moriki.German Celebreties seem to dine here often as the TV Station SWR is just right down the road.What we were not happy about was the Checkout process, which caused some discussions.

This is a modern and beautiful hotel. I had high expectations due to the high price of accommodation.The person at the front desk was also a bit bossy and made me feel uncomfortable."room"When I entered the room, I was shocked to find that the mirror was broken. The electricity was broken and flickering. The floor of the toilet had a lot of dry water marks, so I couldn't tell if it was clean or not. The mirror in the bathroom was also dirty.There was a Bluetooth speaker in the room so I could listen to my favorite high-quality music, a hair dryer in the room, and ample storage so I was able to spend a comfortable time without getting cluttered. Additionally, kettles are available for rent, so please contact the front desk to borrow one. It was also great to relax on the nice sofa in the room."meal"We used room service and had sushi from the restaurant below. It was very delicious. The futomaki with shrimp tempura was especially delicious. Also, there was a candy bar downstairs near the front desk, and the service was great, allowing you to fill a bag with your favorite candy and take it with you.However, due to staff shortages, I had to wait over 90 minutes for my food to arrive, which was a bit disappointing. I wondered why I would have to wait so long even though I paid such a high price.《Fitness》The gym was free for guests to use, and it was clean and the equipment was in good condition.There are servers and you can get water. There is a small snack bar in front of the gym where you can enjoy healthy snacks. I couldn't use the treadmill because I forgot my sports shoes...don't forget your sneakers."spa"It was smaller than I expected and overflowing with people. There were two things like a Finnish sauna and a steam sauna, a lukewarm Jacuzzi bath, and a rooftop pool. The sauna is beautiful and has a view.There didn't seem to be a designated place to put away used glasses, so there were glasses everywhere. The cleaning staff came regularly and replenished the towels. There was no hair dryer in the changing room, and I wanted to ask at the front desk, but there was no one there so I had to wait for a while.Labor shortages were noticeable throughout.I can't say it was a comfortable stay and I'm a little sad.

A nice hotel, but the little things don't add up. We ordered room service at 8pm and it was delivered at 9:30pm. There was hair from the previous guest next to the sink and the mirror on the room door was cracked.The sauna is small but nice and the jacuzzi was lukewarm. The reception is friendly and good. The bed and room is nice and comfortable.

It was a non memorable stay with the exception of sushi dinner at the Moriki. The hotel reception staff was not helpful and snooty kids. The room was small and not very functional. They overcharged us for valeting our car without telling us the cost for it. I would not go back there again.

The Roomers in Baden-Baden is really a beautiful hotel with a great interior design - every detail is just right. As Stuttgart residents, the city itself has also been our destination for nearby recreation for years.But the service? Unfortunately, far from it. I've been waiting for a response for two months now since I asked about a private event at the bar. Despite three reminders, it is not possible for the responsible colleague to answer me.This is simply not acceptable and makes me feel like I am not being taken seriously as a guest.Whether incorrect amounts, long waiting times for orders or untrained staff - I experienced all of this over several visits. Such a beautiful house but the staff desperately needs improvement. Very disappointing.I recently booked a room for friends and organized a food voucher in advance to have in the room. Despite my written request and an additional phone call, the voucher was not there upon arrival. However, it was debited immediately.This is just frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. It feels like things like this are best done by yourself.

We had a fantastic stay at Roomers. The hotel looked amazing, very cool design. The room was incredible, large, fantastic bathroom and with all the facilities you would need. The bar on the roof was great, we had a fantastic meal and drinks. We also ate in the main Japanese restaurant and the food was delicious. The best thing was the staff and the service received. Everyone without exception was professional, friendly, and couldn't do enough for you. Would definitely recommend.

I can't understand how a review of this hotel can get less than 4 stars... the only star that can be deducted maybe because there is no beer on tap... we were guests at a conference and from the parking to the check-in process to the service it was premium here!!! Excellent menu, top-notch selection of drinks and the ambience is more than pleasant... I would love to come back, especially because of the bars, the top rooms and the location. Thank you for the stay!!!
