Apartment am Wall

A small apartment, ok for a weekend. A roller blind was missing and there was mold in the bathroom.

Small apartment, very clean, very quiet, 5 minutes from the city, everything went well. I would love to come back

I was accommodated there by my employer.The house is very noisy, you can hear the doors throughout the whole house.You can't sleep during the day (I worked night shifts in a retirement home).The bathroom is very small so you could hardly move.Otherwise everything was very clean.Apartment No.1

We wanted to book this apartment for a long weekend with our small dogs.Booking worked without any problems.When we arrived we could already see mold on the walls and in the grout lines in the bathroom as well as sloping door frames. Upon closer inspection we found a rotting kettle, stains on the bed and a broken towel. Lighting in the entire apartment is incredibly bad. Smoke detectors can be found in one of the cupboards, which had several water damages.When our neighbors moved in, every step and every word was clearly audible. Through the fallen door frame we could see that there were cardboard-like walls to the hallway. The apartment is also equipped with only a few cutlery, glasses, etc. equipped. We could have had 2 lids without the corresponding pots for this. You can't even speak of comfort! No pillows on the uncomfortable sofa bed, and no other decorations whatsoever. The rating of the power strip a few ratings further was removed, but the holes were not filled. But you no longer have any sockets to connect the coffee machine.You could only stand in the bathroom with the door open because you get claustrophobic. The dark/hardly any lighting is not exactly conducive to this.We dialed the number of the accommodation. We were given a cleaning lady to clean up the mold in the bathroomOffered next day. We could have moved to another hotel an hour away for one night. The following day we returned to one of the other apartments in the house. We rejected this. The contact on the phone was nice, but had no idea that moldy rooms shouldn't be rented out.Now we should get the money back for the following night. However, not for the day of occupancy, as you can only re-let the room on the following day. Here again there was no insight from the contact on the phone regarding the mold and no desire to make improvements.The location would have been nice for the dogs, there was a park right across the street.

Yes, for my purposes, room 6 in the attic was quite ok.I arrived late, went for a nice jog by the water and then slept straight away. Showering while sitting or kneeling wasn't that great, but otherwise it was okay. However, not recommended for a longer stay.Price/performance is ok for business travelers

We were there over Easter, the room was clean upon arrival, the apartment is on a one-way street. Was quiet at night. Unfortunately, the street lighting shines directly into the room. Sensitive people should have a sleeping mask with them. Beds were good too. Different dishes, kettle worked. Anyone looking for inexpensive accommodation to stay overnight is well served here, we would book it again.

Old house with many apartments. Very noisy. The location makes it very suitable for fitters...please note the cancellation policy!

Unfortunately we were very disappointed and would not book this apartment again.The apartment is nicely furnished with all the necessary things, but unfortunately it was lacking in cleanliness. Cups and glasses were partly used in the cupboard.The house is also extremely noisy so you can actually hear everything that's happening in the other rooms. We could hardly get any rest... the windows on the ground floor have no blinds and the street lantern shines permanently into the room. The highlight was when other guests heard music loudly and you could hear every television.The only positive thing was the uncomplicated booking and key handover.
