We booked there on the spur of the moment. Very nice owner coupleFrom the outside the house doesn't look that nice BUT, rooms, beds, bathroom. EVERYTHING VERY CLEAN AND NEW. Also a very, very nice breakfast. We say THANK YOU

2 rooms reserved and paid for, on arrival only one is available. Part of our group was relocated a kilometer further.No staff, no reception. No one speaks English on the phone.The front door is defective, you enter without the code, therefore insufficient security.Following our comment on booking, we received a rude text message from the hotel informing us that they were blocking our negative comment. Here is the message received:Thank you for your nice review.I have already blocked it on Booking.com.You don't get any compensation.They had reasonable rooms in our hotels.All the best and thank you again.

Nice, spacious and clean room. Dog is allowed. Kitchen underway. Mosquito screens on the window. Very friendly welcome and delicious breakfast. Park across the street.

I had to cancel my reservation due to the fact that when we arrived at the hotel, no one was there, and no one answered our calls, we waited at the door for 2 hours, and no one came to us.

If I could give 0 stars I would do so. Starting with non-smoking rooms where there were lots of cigarettes in the window frames. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls, the bathroom is moldy, the skirting boards are soggy and broken and it smells musty. To make matters worse, you have to share the bathroom with 6 other rooms. Out of several planned nights, we only lasted one night and were happy when it was rum.The door frames are just plastered (if there is a frame)At €58 per night you would think that there would be enough money for a little wall paint. Or proper cleaners.So I absolutely can't recommend it

Great in itself, 1A bed and the bathroom was very good.What wasn't so good was that one day the restaurant burned out the grill grate in the backyard or the same thing that there was a smell of burnt plastic in the rooms.

Unfortunately we were only in Oyten for one night, with our dog.The room was equipped with everything you would like. WiFi, TV, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, kettle, cups etc. Everything was clean, the shower could use a new shower head (forgot to tell reception). Right in front of the door, on the other side of the street, there is a small, beautiful park. The breakfast buffet was rich and lovingly prepared. The employee was very friendly. We'd love to come back.

Unfortunately, our request to change our booking to one day in advance was rejected, even though there was capacity according to booking. An underground way of dealing with guests. We canceled at full charges. Fie to the owner.

Room not heated at 8 degrees, only thin summer blanket, I was really freezing. TV defective. Extremely noisy!!! and apparently more of a love hotel. Comings and goings all night long and the physical activity of all the neighboring rooms as loud as if I had been sitting next to them. A night to unwind.

This hotel is more like a guesthouse. Very small double room with toilet and shower right next to the toilet, with an unlockable opening to the toilet.The door to the hallway kept rattling until we stuck a tea bag between the door and the frame. Very noisy and loud. Because of the location you can only sleep with the windows closed. The night ended at 6:30 because guests moved out somewhere in the house. The staff also chats loudly with the guests at this time.To the WiFi. There isn't one. The specified one could not be found on the 1st floor. The router is probably in the basement. Only a Vodafone hotspot, which kicks you out after 30 minutes, was usable.The breakfast room is also reception and office. You eat breakfast looking at a laser printer. The breakfast itself has a rather small selection. Then it's better to go to the bakery on the A1.Really never again!
